Perfect, HUNDRED percent

I am not even sure where to start, everything was perfect First, all the staffs are indescribable, they are the perfect combination of Hospitality and Professionalism (which is very rare in any place in the world); special mention to the Front Staff Youssef who were TOO friendly and yet still be able to accommodate all our needs rapidly and accurately. People are saying if you want to see the nicest people you go here, if you want to see the most efficient people, you go there, and so on. Well you don't need to go here or there, just go to Emirates and you will see the full package. Other than the wonderful staffs; location was also centered in business district thus you can get any essentials nearby (well, Abu Dhabi has the most convenient arrangement make it easy to go anytime and anywhere); the food was great; everything inside the room was working perfectly; all complimentary needed are provided; everything was awesome P.S. I saw a showcase in the lobby where the hotel won a lot of awards and I can see why Overall 1000 out of 100

Good Hotel

It is close to the corniche. Has a lot of restaurant and shops nearby. Staff hospitality is really good. We had a lovely room upgrade

The food selection is really concentrated on middle eastern cuisine so if said cuisine is not your preference, just keep it in mind. I don’t understand how people are being sent to another floor (basically an events room where they set up breakfast) to have breakfast when there were empty tables in the main dining area.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Exceptional stay

From the start, Yousuf Alameri at check-in is worth praising. He welcomed us with a smile from the heart, was extremely helpful, and explained everything as it should be. The room was exceptionally great, big, clean. Accomodated me, my wife, and 4 kids with no problem. Breakfast is also fantastic with various options to choose from. Special praise to Nana - the cook. Really kind person. The attention to detail in the hotel was really impressive.

Nothing worth mentioning. Maybe the pool is small a little bit, but I'm being too picky.

Wedding day check in

I like the size of the room and how the room attendant and reception response time in calls and concerns. I would like to commend the staffs from La Cucina Restaurant particularly Ms. Blesilda and Mr. Jessie (both Filipino nationals) for their hospitality and assistance to us during our breakfast. The food was great as well and good for its money value.

The call center response was poor. I was calling since 8am for as much as 10 calls as it was advised to us for request of early check in but couldnt connect to the call and no return call has been made. We reach to the hotel at 10am requesting for early check in as advised to us by the hotel staff when contacted a day before the check in. However we were not accomodated as there were no available room as mentioned by the front office staff which is dissappointing since it is our wedding day and we needed the room in the morning to prepare for our big day even if we are willing to pay extra charge. A complimentary cake was provided but it is mentioned in the cake greetings of "Happy Anniversary when it is not yet our anniversary and in fact our Wedding day which was mentioned to our request prior to check in. This concern was raised to the front office desk but was refused to change the cake as we were advised that the cake is pre ordered in advance and cannot be changed. When we had our evening shower, the shampoo/conditioner bottle was empty and it is frustating that this things were missed when preparing the room prior to accepting guest. I was in the middle of my shower surprisingly knowing you dont have shampoo/conditioner to use. When front desk was called, the room service provided body shower instead. Lastly, on the day of check out around 12nn, a random male staff is keep on knocking on the door asking if we will extend and I am wondering why this cannot be communicated through phone rather than knocking on the door which disturbes our rest periods. Also, we even advised the front desk in the morning that we will be requesting for late check out which they agreed and confirmed. The overall experience could have been excellent and added a good memory to our wedding celebration but it turned out to be unsatisfactory due to this kind of experience.

Short trip review

My stay got off to an excellent start thanks to the commendable service at check-in. Despite the hotel being quite busy upon my arrival, Yousef Al Amari was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant process. The valet parking staff were also a pleasure to deal with, adding to the positive first impression.The convenience of basement parking was a definite plus, especially during the hot summer months. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a fantastic bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. I was also pleased to find thoughtful amenities that are often overlooked these days, such as an iron and bathrobes. While the stay was overwhelmingly positive, I believe the breakfast offerings could be improved to better align with the hotel's star rating. Additionally, I noticed some minor stains on the carpet in my room. On the other hand, my checkout experience was very smooth and fast, which made for a hassle-free departure. Overall, I had a positive experience!
