nice location.

The staff were great and very friendly, and the breakfast was also good. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom had good amenities. You can tell that in its best days this was a great hotel, but it now needs a bit more care and attention. Our room had a very nice view, the parking was excellent, and the location was great.

However, the cleanliness could have been better. The air conditioning blew directly in an uncomfortable way — even though I usually like it very strong, this was unpleasant. The kitchen, although we didn’t use it, felt a bit odd because the bar had no chairs. In the bathroom, water always leaked out of the shower, and there seemed to be an issue with the extractor fan since the bathroom often smelled like cigarette smoke. The gym closes quite early, and I honestly felt a bit unsafe walking around the hotel late at night. My parents were staying on different floors, and when I wanted to visit their room around 11 p.m. after being out sightseeing, I felt a little scared, to be honest.

Not as in the pictures

The hotel was in a bit of a chaos. We had to wait 30 mins to check in because our room was not cleaned yet. I asked multiple times the reception to bring some stuff up in our room but they never arrived and had to call multiple times. The receptionist staff were not as welcoming. The kitchen was so poorly equipped, just with the bare minimum so if you are planning to cook I would think about my choice again.

A place where you like to come back!

Excellent suit, very clean and cozy. Staff was very professional. We stayed only one night and did not have time to explore the facility, but will definitely come back next time when will visit Abu Dhabi.

Friendly and caring staff, especially with our little boy — they were truly wonderful. Delicious and well-presented breakfast and lunch. Spacious and comfortable family room after a nice upgrade. Discount on early check-in was much appreciated.

Despite requesting a low floor months in advance due to claustrophobia, we were placed on the 7th floor. Our room door was once left open by staff, which felt unsafe and was never properly explained. The restaurant manager’s behavior created unnecessary tension among the otherwise excellent team. No hot water for two days despite repeated requests; only received an apology, no compensation. Management communication and follow-up were disappointing.

The spacious room was expectacular. The staff was accommodating and friendly, facilities was clean and I leave my comment in a paper inside my room.

Only one thing misundertanding I request a smooking room, when I request a lighter to reception, he said my room is not smooking room, I ask lighter to light my candle in cake, since we celebrate special occasion. also level up your room service, we request knife, it comes after an hour. But total evaluation still amazing.

I am a regular guest of Bin Majid hotel way back 7 yrs ago. Then they close the hotel for we are not aware what is the issue, Thank God after 3 more year it open again. We have a great memory there. Now we already visit the new Jannah hotel apartment, I remember the memory, where me and my boyfriend start the love story there. Same style, ambience and you renovate well, the room design was more level up, Total, I am so happy, actually we both happy

I hope the policy change, we can bring our pet, i have cat and really i missed him when i stayed there, half of my mind with my cat if he eat well, sleep well. Hope Janna hotel apartment can accommodate also small pet like cat...

Their service level… my 2 yrs old daughter broke one of their coffee mug..so during my checkout I decided to inform the reception about the broken coffee mug…. I was surprised they asked me 50 dhs for that coffee mug… I was so shocked and was like what the hell .. 10 dhs make sense or 20 dhs .. it was not gold plated for sure.. so I tried to reason with the reception …however she went inside to interpret my frustration to her manager and thn came outside saying and let me quote her “ sir for you will give you discount so pay 25 dhs “ ….. it was not about money but I was so upset that they asked me 50 dhs at the first place and thn gave me 50% discount on the mug which was probably used by 1000 customers guest before … … it was so frustrating and stressful when I was arguing with her over the price for coffee mug… I was like gosh … good my daughter untentionally broke only 1 coffee mug… but if she would have broken the plate along I m sure I would have paid around 200 dhs plus.. approx I guess ..

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Mr Mohammed at the reception took good care of us and even upgraded our room. We enjoyed the staff service at the olive tree restaurant- very hospitable.

Excellent staff, including reception, porters and pool staff. The two life guards, Sasikumar and his colleague, went out of their way to accommodate for our children. They truly made our stay exceptional! Excellent location with so many great eating places near by.

Nice & clean rooms with friendly staff but organizational deficits

+ very friendly staff, especially Ashif & Muhammad at the reception + good cleanliness throughout the property + very spacious one-bedroom suite (complimentary upgrade after the problems during check-in) + good location, within a few mins walk to the bus stops (incl. for the airport bus), supermarkets and some restaurants + nice small pool and hot jacuzzi on the rooftop (but only operating from 7 am to 7 pm) + gym was clean and functional with most of the common machines (operating from 7 am to 11 pm) + WiFi was fast enough and stable

- the biggest issue was that the hotel was really unorganized and frequently messed up things and their processes didn't seem to work properly - it started when they didn't find the reservation upon checkin (took them 20+ min and several calls to their back-office to eventually find/create the reservation), then multiple requests for bringing something to the room were confused and on the last day we had paid extra for late checkout and despite assuring us that everything is properly set up in the system, they still called us at the regular checkout time to ask us to check out and also the room cards needed to be reactivated - although the curtains were made in a light-proof fabric, it didn't cover the window completely, so one would be woken up at sunset by the light in the room - air-condition was working barely enough - even at the lowest setting it didn't cool down to more than 25° or so (it was still OK for us, so we didn't complain, but for people who prefer cooler rooms, it could have been an issue)

Wonderful stay

I would like to thank Ms. Asma the person who's done my check in, the telephone operator Egyptian employee with the scarf, the valet parking staff, bellboy, and the front office manager Mr. Mahmoud for his care about every single guest and treating all his guests as a very important guess. They have hospitality by nature. All the staff are really smiling and happy to assist all guests So I can rate the property and staff as a luxury Thank you Mahmoud 🌹🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌹🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🌹

Friendliness of staff except one indian guy in reception in the morning when we asked of we can extend for 1 hr. He just dropped the call and didn’t say anything. While other receptionist Mahmoud was so friendly and warm since our check in and gave us a 1pm checkout since we arrived almost 2 am during check in.

Матрас двоспальний дуже твердий, спати на ньому не можливо, подушки також, додаткове ліжко ще гірше- ідентичне підлозі. Запах тухлий в номері. Вночі з вентиляції запах сигаретного диму. Вода- жовтого кольору. Ванну прийняти ми не змогли, після того як побачили цю воду. Атмосфера не відповідає фотографіям та хорошим відгукам. Ми оплатили за 2 ночі, з нас отримали плату за додаткове ліжко, бо виявилося що воно не входить в «проживання для 3 осіб включено», цю плату пообіцяли повернути. В першу ж невиспану зіпсовану ніч ми вирішили повернутися в Дубай. Ми заплатили 430$ за дві ночі, тобто 215$ за ніч. Цей готель не вартує і 100$. Проте, якщо б ціна була низька, яка б відповідала якості, я б його не розглядала, бо зрозуміло було б, що низька ціна обумовлена поганою якістю. Ставте адекватні ціни для ваших послуг- у вас буде менше шансів мати клієнтів з більшими очікуваннями та значно кращим досвідом. Готель- це завжди про сон, це в першу чергу постіль та матрас. Люди купують у вас якісний сон, коли бронюють готель перш за все, і гігієну. Ми цим бронюванням зіпсували собі враження від відпочинку. Це найгірший наш готельний досвід за 14 днів в ОАЕ.

Gutes Hotel mit toller Lage

Das Jannah Executive Hotel in Abu Dhabi passte insgesamt gut zu meinem Aufenthalt, auch wenn es mich nicht in allen Punkten vollständig überzeugen konnte. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs freundlich. Das Deluxe Studio ist wie beschrieben groß und gut strukturiert. Bequeme Betten, ein großer Kasten, ein TV sowie eine Küche mit diversen Elektrogeräten sorgen für eine gute Grundausstattung. Auch das Badezimmer ist geräumig, die Ausstattung ist somit top.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht überall ganz sauber, am Küchentisch befand sich zum Beispiel ein großer Fleck. Kein gravierender Nachteil, allerdings ist der erste Eindruck beim Betreten dadurch bereits leicht getrübt. Weiters negativ war das Frühstück. Dieses konnte mich leider nur wenig überzeugen. Die Auswahl ist zwar okay, optisch und geschmacklich war es jedoch enttäuschend. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in einer sehr entwickelten Stadt erwarte ich schon etwas mehr.

El apart hotel es correcto. Algo antiguo pero cuidado. El personal fue muy amable. Nuestra estancia de 2 noches fue correcta. El servicio de valet parking incluido nos ayudo en comodidad para llegar y salir. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y fue todo un detalle del personal de chek-in. La piscina tiene agua climatizada. El SPA es sencillo.
