1. Nothing at all is good about the hotel- the staff was rude. 2. Rooms were very untidy with the smell of bars 3. Rooms were small, bathrooms were small 4. No facilities in the hotel 5. Food was pathetic

Location was comfortable. Room size decent.

Was told in the beginning that my booking has been cancelled. Although room was provided when confronted. Breakfast, included in room rent, very poor. Veg & non veg items were not identified. Pre cooked food brought from outside. Tasted like stale food.

Staff is very helpful, very polite and special thanks to Kumar Anna he provided water with extra towel and he was very helpful as needed And parking Mr. Samiull and one more person they didn't made us to wait for parking they took the car from us and finally our car was parked exactly in front of the hotel Thanks reception team two guys we met both of them welcomed us and see their smiling faces we felt quite comfortable. Thanks to all team

Staff in the reception. not respond properly. He is thinking that we came for begging to get a hotel room. they should beehive Farrelly. Specially reception staff to be more fare.

Proper time management. I mentioned when the time of booking arrival time. Even after i did not get room 2.00pm.

The hotel is not worth the price because of its too many serious issues; not good for family trips

The hotel staff were helpful in resolving the issues.

A towel smelled smoky; a mattress spring was extruded out; the bathroom wall plugs did not work; the hair dryer did not turn on; the AC crashed; the room door lock battery ran out and we were locked out; the room door keys did not work; the hotel did not have room keys for several days; the rooms were dark; the washing machine did not work; the towels were not adequate; they were stingy in providing towels; the breakfasts were not worth the price we paid; the rooms had background smell.

Chair has mold on it Room smells funny when I checked in The key cards were not working since last month I checked in, thankfully lift had no restricted access Dental kit was given on last day of my stay after asking twice Housekeeping department didn't even bother when requested for 2 towels and toiletries, just gave one set and returned back as if everything was ok

I had already stayed at this hotel several times, but this time, I had a bad experience since the air conditioning was not working, I had to call the reception at 2 in the morning to have it checked, the room in general was not very well cleaned, it had a bad smell

Almost every single thing. Extremely old building, untidy rooms. Breakfast was horrible with very limited items and not fresh at all. There were no facilities in the room like slippers, amenities etc and when you ask to provide them, they would take hours with follow ups. AC was leaking water and they had to change my room at around 1 am.

The bedding has a very bad smell and i got allergy, although it’s clean but too old with disgusting smell. I couldn’t sleep before 4:00 am because of the loud sounds of the night clubs, sound is not isolated and was too noisy to have a rest after a long travel The kettle is broken and not working

The carpet smells bad and gives hard time to breathe,no sandals,towels,dental kit,some sockets not working,TV very complicated can’t bear even to use it for a minute,was our honey ,we requested at least small decoration,at least a welcoming notice ,we carried our own luggages to the room,breakfast very limited food on display,from the checking in to the checking out I didn’t feel any hospitality in this hotel,worst experience 🥹

Excellent stay and great location to explore

It was awesome and the property is well-maintained. You don't need to worry about anything, everything is ready for you. The location is pretty close to everything you need. You can comfortably use the local public buses around the city with a prepaid week card. Also, the bus stop to/from the airport is very close within a walking distance. I like the bed, the mattress is of great quality. The internet quality was pretty awesome.

Nothing at all. If you prefer a quiet stay, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor so you won't be disturbed by loud music from the bar/disco on the 2nd/3rd floor. The higher floor, the better. I worked online remotely, mostly during the night, so it was quiet on the 10th floor.
