Our stay was very good.

The breakfast was ok, not much choice but tasty.

The elevator was closing to soon, we had to jump out and in not to be hit by the dor.

The location of the hotel is very convinient if you're traveling on a budget and want to avoid taxis, they offer decent breakfast, the staff are super friendly and the room is the same if not better than the pictures!

Helpful staff. Checked in early as plane was early. They helped finding parking spots and helped with coins, which was difficult to find and put for mawaqif Breakfast is great Rooms are good for the money paid

Disappointing

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was overpriced considering its condition—it felt old, poorly maintained, and not cleaned thoroughly. Despite booking a double room, only a single towel was provided, which was inconvenient. I had specifically reserved a non-smoking room, but that request was not honored, leaving me in a suffocating environment. The breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited, and once items were gone, they were not replenished, which made the meal feel inadequate. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good and convenient for getting around. The staff were polite and helpful, which was the one redeeming aspect of the stay. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it unless improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and amenities

Staff is very helpful, very polite and special thanks to Kumar Anna he provided water with extra towel and he was very helpful as needed And parking Mr. Samiull and one more person they didn't made us to wait for parking they took the car from us and finally our car was parked exactly in front of the hotel Thanks reception team two guys we met both of them welcomed us and see their smiling faces we felt quite comfortable. Thanks to all team

Staff in the reception. not respond properly. He is thinking that we came for begging to get a hotel room. they should beehive Farrelly. Specially reception staff to be more fare.

The hotel is not worth the price because of its too many serious issues; not good for family trips

The hotel staff were helpful in resolving the issues.

A towel smelled smoky; a mattress spring was extruded out; the bathroom wall plugs did not work; the hair dryer did not turn on; the AC crashed; the room door lock battery ran out and we were locked out; the room door keys did not work; the hotel did not have room keys for several days; the rooms were dark; the washing machine did not work; the towels were not adequate; they were stingy in providing towels; the breakfasts were not worth the price we paid; the rooms had background smell.

Almost every single thing. Extremely old building, untidy rooms. Breakfast was horrible with very limited items and not fresh at all. There were no facilities in the room like slippers, amenities etc and when you ask to provide them, they would take hours with follow ups. AC was leaking water and they had to change my room at around 1 am.

The bedding has a very bad smell and i got allergy, although it’s clean but too old with disgusting smell. I couldn’t sleep before 4:00 am because of the loud sounds of the night clubs, sound is not isolated and was too noisy to have a rest after a long travel The kettle is broken and not working

Excellent stay and great location to explore

It was awesome and the property is well-maintained. You don't need to worry about anything, everything is ready for you. The location is pretty close to everything you need. You can comfortably use the local public buses around the city with a prepaid week card. Also, the bus stop to/from the airport is very close within a walking distance. I like the bed, the mattress is of great quality. The internet quality was pretty awesome.

Nothing at all. If you prefer a quiet stay, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor so you won't be disturbed by loud music from the bar/disco on the 2nd/3rd floor. The higher floor, the better. I worked online remotely, mostly during the night, so it was quiet on the 10th floor.
