Our stay at Jannah Executive Hotel was truly memorable. We originally booked a studio, but the staff generously upgraded us to a 1‑bedroom so we could comfortably celebrate our baby’s 3‑month milestone. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us as a family. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully prepared, giving us a peaceful place to relax. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Thank you, Jannah Executive Hotel, for making this special moment even more meaningful. We will always remember this experience.

I have stayed at Jannah three times. My first two stays were pleasant, which is why I had a very positive impression of the hotel and was planning to make it my preferred choice for my recurring long stays in Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, my third stay was a significant disappointment. At check-in, I clearly informed the reception that I had a meeting on my final day and requested a late check-out. I was told that a check-out until 2:00 PM would be possible. However, at around 12:10 PM on the final day, a reception lady called my wife and asked her to check out. When my wife reminded her that the late check-out had been requested from the beginning, she initially insisted on the matter, and only after my wife's persistence did she agree to allow the check-out until 2:00 PM. What was equally disappointing was the attitude of some reception staff. Several interactions felt unnecessarily rude or unhelpful, and some simple requests were ignored until we repeatedly followed up. My family also received no assistance with their belongings, leaving my wife and child to carry everything from the apartment to the lobby and then to the car. The only consistently positive experience during this stay was with the valet team, who were courteous, professional, and prompt. I sincerely appreciate their service. Given my previous positive stays, this experience was particularly disappointing. I had intended to continue staying at Jannah during my frequent long stays in Abu Dhabi, but unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider that decision. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the level of service and professionalism at reception.

الشقق كبيرة جدا ممكن تكفي اكتر من ٤ أشخاص و كل شي متوفر فيها ما حبيت انه في كتير ساكنين في نفس طابقي ريحة الأكل من غير زكر الجنسية و ريحة المكان للامانة أسوء تجربة غير انه الاصانصير ياخد وقت مع انه عندهم ٣ ولكن في واحد إسبوع كامل بره الخدمة وللان مش شغال أنا بحب الفنادق الي تخليك تبركن سيارتك بنفسك خصوصًا لو انت تطلع كتير او ساكن في الفندق مدة طويلة هالاوبشن غير متوفر عندهم فدوم الصبح اتأخر عن الدوام ١٠ دقايق بسببهم حاليا الاسعار رخيصة ولكن بنفس السعر في فنادق كتير انضف و وأفضل
