Very nice rooms that were quite, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly from the doorman, reception and to the cleaners. Location was good for transportation and stores in the area.

Excellent stay in Abu Dhabi, will definitely stay here again when in Abu Dhabi

The apartment was very spacious and though it was an apartment, but with hotel kind of service and quality of furnishing. The location of the hotel is excellent. The food in room service was also very good and very reasonably priced. This hotel is a perfect for families travelling to Abu Dhabi, we were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The concierge service was very helpful, we booked our tickets for Warner Bros studio and got very good price.

The check-in experience could have been better. Though it did not take very long time, we had asked for an apartment on higher floor and they said it was take atleast an hour more to get an apartment for higher floor, while I saw them offering that to a guest who came there directly with direct booking (rather than through intermediary). The view of the 2 bedroom apartments is also not great and is just facing a building at the back.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the pleasant view, which contributed positively to the overall experience. However, I must highlight a serious concern regarding the door lock system. As shown in the attached image, the door could not be properly secured from either the top or bottom during the night. This issue significantly affected my sense of safety and comfort while sleeping. I reported the matter to the customer service team, but unfortunately, it remained unresolved during my stay. While the room amenities were satisfactory, I believe that guest safety should be a top priority. I strongly urge the management to inspect and improve the locking mechanisms to ensure a secure environment for future guests.

Beautiful time and very nice location for city and theme parks visits .

I booked this hotel to visit theme parks . Good location very near to Abu Dhabi mall for shopping and foods etc. Only 25 mins drive to theme parks . Very economical and excellent room service. From reception to room service all very friendly and polite . Breakfast - very good multiple options both asian and continental .

Dinning area can be crowded at peak times. But food is fresh and multiple options . Can include more options for 2-3 year olds.

Room is not worth for money since we found cockroach 🪳 in our room. Front office female staffs are not helpful and rude For extra bed they are asking the payment immediately after that only they are providing the cot. It's very unprofessional So overall it's fair stay only.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for our family. The service and food were excellent, honestly much better than the nearby restaurants. Staff were fast, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great for families, with supermarkets just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, a wonderful and convenient place to stay.

Amazing service! I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted at the reception in Russian, and the receptionist Mavzuna literally guided me step by step, showing and explaining everything. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Excellent service – fast and high-quality, and I was especially impressed by the prompt room-service delivery at any time of day or night! A special thank you to Mavzuna and Rokeya for helping me with every question I had! I hope to come back again and spend even more time in this wonderful hotel!

Amazing stay. very good Quality/Price ratio

The room was amazing with a kitchen corner fully equip. View from windows on Abu Dhabi was great. The hotel is ideally located down town where you can do everything just walking (even if the hotel provided me a parking place). Special thanks to the reception desk were I was welcome (sorry I forgot the name of the two Azerbadjan ladies)

Really smooth and pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was really clean, specially the bathroom. It was spotless. Check in and out were fast and went smootly. I was glad to learn that it is a 100% dry hotel, which is amazing, since it is not very common nowadays in Abu Dhabi.

The only negative thing I could say is that the carpet in my room and in the corridors is a bit outdated and the design is way too busy to the eye. Otherwise I can only praise this hotel. The staff is great, wonderful service, really clean and the location is really practical.

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was excellent and made it very convenient for getting around. The staff were very welcoming and made the property feel even more comfortable. I would like to especially compliment the receptionist Miss. Rokeya Khatun , who was very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm attitude gave me a great first impression of the hotel.

A great hotel, with lovely helpful staff and good facilities.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. We got great restaurant recommendations, a good deal on Ferrari world tickets, and help with taxis. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The apartment was really clean and spacious.

We loved the apartment but found the beds to be extremely firm. This is the only negative comment I have. Everything else was wonderful.
