Recommended for a value for money option

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and they cleaned every single day. You have the option to choose for a smoking room which we did because my mum smokes and to be honest it is very handy and shows respect even to the people that smoke. No smell in the room. The location was good enough, next to a huge super market, 24/7 pharmacy and 8 min walk from Abu Dhabi mall. Breakfast was good enough for the money we paid

First allocated room was a smoking room, dark and smelly, but we were rapidly moved to a nice non smoking room, so ask at the reception for your desired version.

Truly Exceptional Service!

My stay at Al Diar Dana Hotel was truly wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. The staff were always kind, friendly, and genuinely caring about the comfort and well-being of my son and me. The manager even had the thoughtful gesture of personally congratulating my son on his birthday. The room was excellent — spotless, beautifully maintained, and with a lovely view. It was splendid to always have a one-liter bottle of water in the room every day. Housekeeping and service were truly 10 out of 10. The restaurant was impeccable, offering great service, a wide variety of delicious food, and excellent prices. I was pleasantly surprised by how willing and helpful all the staff were in providing guidance and recommendations about the city. Although the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and had a good and comfortable experience in the past. However, during my recent stay, I was quite disappointed. The bedsheets had a musty smell, and the pillows were very old and completely flat. The corridors also had an unpleasant odor, which was quite irritating. Overall, the hotel seems very old and worn out now. It clearly needs proper maintenance and refurbishment.

On a positive note, the ground floor restaurant served good and affordable dinner and breakfast, which I appreciated.

It wasn’t just a stay… Al Diar Dana is my second home in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and valued. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and well maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Whether it’s a short business trip or an extended stay, Al Diar Dana never disappoints. The location is perfect, close to key areas in the city, with easy access to dining and shopping. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. It feels warm, familiar, and reliable, just like home.

Worth to stay at.

I enjoyed the fact that my bedroom had its own open wall / bar thing going on, it is rather cool. The staff at the reception were really welcoming and friendly and helpful. And I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was eco friendly when it came to washing towels and such.

Oddly enough, my daughter figured that my room gave off some rather creepy vibes, it did freak me out a little through the night but otherwise I believe that if you’re older than she is, you should be fine. We had some problems when it came to my daughter’s keycard, as she couldn’t get in on two separate occasions, but the staffs quickly resolved the situation. As for the breakfast, it didn’t have much varieties or much traditional dishes. The one who worked at the breakfast didn’t seem too interested or welcoming as we tried to order two coffees, but that is not much of a problem…

Location, near to downtown.

In booking.com is written that check out is till 15:00, but when you are on the reception, you understand that it's 12:00. There is some misunderstanding between reception and restaurant staff, i had included breakfast, but from the restaurant said that it's not included and send me to the reception. They say it's ok and it's included and redirect me to restaurant and this is repeated two times. The client feels like ping pong.
