Some improvements here and there but overall the hotel is great

The hotel location is great and near shops, restaurants and metro stations. The rooms have enough space and clean. Staff are reception are welcoming

1 - Our experience at the hotel Iris restaurant was lovely when it came to food and drinks however, the experience with waiters was not as great. We had to wait once for 30 min prior getting a drink ordered (while the restaurant was not full) and other times we had to go request for our invoice as no one was coming to clear the table. 2 - There was a fire alarm around 10pm following which we naturally went down by the emergency exit. Mind you, in slippers, with no coat and on snow covered ground with less than 0 temperature outside. We were then told at reception that the fire alarm went off by mistake. No apology, no proper communication was given during this whole time. While we understand the imprtance of fire drills, it is important to be mindful of such inconveniences and risk (as we did get colds following that). And especially since in that case it seemed to be a mistake, staff should have been more proactive in trying to reach residents before we start going through the whole hassle of walking outside. That was a terrible experience unfortunately

Relatively okay but amazing staff!

The staff was amazing! Especially Marta, security and reception. The breakfast was good but the champagne should be there as well…

The size of the standard room, that’s why we upgraded to Suite. Also the standard room looked really old and not renovated… Also don’t park the car by the hotel(street parking), my window was smashed. Park only UNDERGROUND.

Before arriving at the hotel, I called to ask for assistance as I had many suitcases. The gentleman from the lobby kindly came himself to help me with my luggage and even accompanied me to my room – I really appreciated this thoughtful service. The spa and VIP lounge were amazing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Moreover, online check in and check out was really helpful

Reliable choice in Brussels

A favorite place to stay in Brussels, it just gets the job done. Room had a great view, was professionally cleaned every day, and the breakfast is always good. Also a good value for money on the dates I state.

Not much to dislike, but it’s not 100% soundproof and Brussels can be a noisy city (sirens etc)

Amazing but noisy at night from the street

Breakfast was amazing, rooms were so beautiful, spacious and modern. Very clean also.

We were on the 15th floor and the noise from the street nightclubs on the weekends was very annoying. We could hear the music as if it was 1 floor down. The windows need to be more sound proofed.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful city!

The view from our rooms was exceptional and gave a great perspective of the wonderful city of Brussels. The rooms themselves were immaculately clean and well laid out. Breakfast was delicious - freshly prepared and a great selection, dinner was also exceptional. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaners to the restaurant staff were all friendly, very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Location was perfect within walking distance of all the attractions.

Convenient, friendly staff

We liked the view from the top floors, the breakfast buffet was good and the staff were smiley and friendly. The beds were also very comfortable and we asked for firmer pillows which they swapped for us.

We didn't like the showers - no pressure. We also didn't like the lack of milk (it was coffee cream and no one puts cream in their tea!). The hot water also disappeared for an hour one day but the hotel got this sorted quickly.

Stylish but noisy

Central location, stylish, lovely view

The lobby is probably too small, it is constantly occupied by guests that don’t necessarily behave well. It was very noisy, with guest making noise until 1 am, then someone knocking at the door around 10:00 am. The location is fairly noisy as well. As a result, I didn’t sleep well.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Brussels

Location was ideal for metro , shopping and 20 mins from the main attractions. Comfortable bedding and free water was a plus. Express check in / out was easy and no standing in lines. Loved the vending machine downstairs and rental umbrella service. I was happy with the gym and we were sad we couldn't use the spa though.

Soundproof levels were not great. I could hear everything the next door neighbor was doing in the washroom. For a moment I thought someone was talking to me . Chrome casting was not possible for two days. More cleaning in the bathroom corners is required.

I liked that it was quite centric to everything, just a walk or a metro ride for a few stops and we were where we wanted to be

Central location, very close to the Central Station and the Middle; metro station next to the hotel; diversified shopping area.

I don't understand the usefulness of blocking 200 euros as a guarantee. It doesn't seem normal to me that a four-star hotel would do something like that.

Nice and clean place with great facilities, but due to the shortcomings not worth the huge price.

Room and view from the room was nice. Very clean. Breakfast was perfect. Close to public transport and city. The panorama lounge was a nice plus. The spa was great (quiet and great views).

Very much street noise from the outside, even on top floors. I asked for a room on the other side of the hotel and staff were not really helpful with that (but it was a busy night). It helped a bit, but still had to sleep with earplugs. There was a buzzing sound from the air conditioning and no other rooms available to transfer to. Reception sent a technician, but it took them a long time and many tries to fix it. The snacks in the panorama lounge could be refilled more often (often none available at the end of the day). Quite expensive.

Good location bad customer service

Great location, big room as I have booked a suite But the customer service was not good , I had bad experience in several occasions When we arrived they have no one to help with luggage, no clear instructions how to contact the reception or room service, they have a chat service but not helpful, I had an issue with the wireless and contacted the reception and informed him that WiFi not working for more than 2 hours his answer was it working for us , wait till it work and I asked him to send someone to check and no one showed, the in room dinning very limited items , overall it was a careless staff and not helpful at all

Luxurious with great views

We had the deluxe panorama room with lounge access. The view was absolutely lovely and the rooms very modern and clean. The beds were super comfy and large. The lounge snacks was like a mini buffet with americain (very belgian), smoked salmon etc and complimentary drinks. Spa access is included and the spa was larger than in the pictures and open until late so you can stare at the city high up at night as you relax. The showers were also delightful, with a rainforest and waterfall options. There was also a mini shop, which was very expensive but great if you have forgotten to pack anything. There was a large choice in the breakfast buffet with a lovely view into the park behind. Finally, the location is superb right next to the louise Station and on avenue Louise. Perfect for shopping, coffee, food and walking into the Sablon neighbourhood. It is also directly in front of a quiet park.

Nothing to dislike. Only minor minor improvements would be perhaps dried plants decor on each floor next to the lifts, more salad/ veggie options for the sky lounge snacks and I'm assuming there's a good reason for this but a pool would have been nice.

Great hotel, great location and will come again I hope

It was really elegant and our upgrade for only 18€ gave us access to Panorama Lounge which was amazing and also free breakfast. The staff were really really excellent including Yusef in the bar and Sanjop

Not worth the cost

The view was good, especially looking at the fireworks from the comfort of my room!

For the seven nights that we stayed, our beddings were never changed! this was the spoiler of everything. The bathroom sink is also never cleaned properly, the shower handle was not cleaned well.

The view, the location, rooms are very nice and clean, staff are very welcoming and professional, everything was more than perfect, 2 parkings are just front the hotel, elevators are very fast with no waiting time Room cleaning on time We requested a high floor and they gave us on the 14th floor, they listen to thier customers Check in and out can be made online and very fast and easy Highly recommended, and would definitly visit again
