Very welcoming place for a weekend stay.

Very friendly staff, welcoming, kind and and helpful. Convenient location few steps away from a tram stop and electric scooters/bikes. There is a nice brunch place just across the street. Hotel breakfast was also nice, with a variety of choice for both savory and sweet breakfast. Wi-Fi coverage was good, with easy access to the network. Two power sockets near the bed made it easy to recharge the phone and tablet. Kettle and tea in the room.

The bathroom was a bit too small. The shower could be definitely improved. The one from the ceiling was not working property and the other one had no high hook on the wall.

Very good value for money

Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Very comfortable bed! Excellent water pressure in the shower. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00am on weekends and friendly stuff.

It would be convenient to have a mini fridge in the room. The hotel is a bit too far from central attractions, but still walkable in 35 ish minutes.

Perfect stay!

I loved everything about the hotel. All of the employees are extremely kind and accommodating. Great decor and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had everything you need. The location was superb - love the hip neighbourhood + walking distance to other great locations.

My two tiny suggestions - more variety of vegetables for breakfast would be great. Also - I'm an early riser so I was having my breakfast in an empty lounge (except for the receptionist) and it was extremely quiet. Some music in the background would greatly enhance the ambience :)

The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are a lot of hangers in the room.

Probably because it is an old building, you can easily hear sound from neighbours. Not super close to the sightseeing centre or train station, but it is ok. The breakfast has very little options, but the taste is good.

Amazing hotel to explore brussels!

The room was clean, and it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and is located in an excellent area, so you don't need to go to the city centre every time.

Excellent location and lovely staff

Great central location in Saint Gilles only a tram ride away from Midi station. All the staff were so kind and accomodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and the air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat! Would definitely recommend this place :)

A good place to stay whilst in transit.

Staff were very helpful. Appreciated a phone call a few days prior to stay indicating that, because of recent high temperatures, an additional fan would be placed in the room.

Friendly and petite

Convenient for MIDI station. In a quiet residential area. Personal care by staff. Reasonable cost compared to other hotels in central Brussels. Conveniently close to a lot of cafes and restaurants (St Gilles quarter).

No aircon, but we knew that in advance and there is a fan in every room.
