Extremely overpriced for the quality of the rooms and breakfast I paid 340€ a night, you expect very high-end premium for this price, but it was far from that, here are the disappointing aspects: Bedroom: - the sheet was so thin on the bed that I though there was a brown stain on it as I looked closer it was the mattress, it was filthy and you could see the brown stains through the sheet. I lifted up the sheet and was disgusted! (see photo) - why on earth do they not put on mattress protectors for hygiene purposes instead of a very thin sheet? This did not give me confidence to sleep in that bed - the mattress was also "collapsed" - the furniture was damaged and scuffed (see photos) - for 340€ a night?!! I have been to premium low-cost hotels that had better furniture - under the desk it was sticky - the balcony was filthy, so the view was onto a dirty terrasse with mould on the balcony as well as 2 plugs hanging down - even though it's not a balcony to be used, they could clean it and make it more presentable - hole in the wall with wires connecting to the coffee maker - no kettle, tea, only coffee and no decaf... - the rooms are dark even with the lights on - noise from aircon unit and I could hear water running through pipes in the ceiling also The staff kindly changed my room, but even though the new room was slightly better and they put 2 sheets on the bed, there were still scuffs and damage to the fixtures, light control broken, door scuffed, wardrobe scuffed, suitcase stand broken...(see photos) For this price, rooms should be impeccable Breakfast For 25€ I found it basic The fruit looked old and the way things were presented was not premium at all The menus were stained and you could see greasy fingerprints on them The attention to detail is not there The staff did offer me breakfast to apologise for the state of the room. That was nice but a significant discount would have been better.

Nice hotel but maybe a little below the average for a 4-star hotel.

The room was overall nice even if not particularly big. It had a nice digital control system for lights and air conditioning. The common areas are small but comfortable. The hotel is in a nice area fairly close to metro and public transportations.

For a four-star hotel, the room (a "double deluxe") is not particularly well equipped (no slippers, no beauty kits, small TV set, only 4 crutches, no iron,...). No place to open and leave the trolley. Some of the furniture was not in great state.

Stylish hotel

Very stylish hotel - in a good central(ish) location. I thought it was great value for money for a good sized stylish room.

This is not particularly for this hotel.. but annoyingly common - need to be a proper geek to pair your phone to the TV.

It appears to be a nice hotel

The mattress was filthy. What appeared to be a lovely room, was really impacted by how dirty the mattress was. It had blood and who knows what other stains over the entire thing. There was no use of mattress protectors or pillow protectors. The hotel claimed they were going to deposit back half of my stay - but this never happened. Thwy claimed that this was below their standard, but there is no way they ever use mattress protectors for it to get in this state. Very disappointing experience for what seemed to be marketed as an upmarket wellness hotel. Very poor.

Great location and spacious room

Great room and spacious bathroom. Good location, with supermarkets and restaurants and near public transportation access. Had a room neighbour who was very loud but the staff took care of it. Only the elevator was broken one day and took almost the whole day to fix it (glad we didn’t need it to go upstairs with 3 suitcases).

Weekend in Brussels

Beautifully decorated, the interior design is very chic in the lounge area and bar area. Comfortable beds and the black out curtains are fabulous as I like a dark room. Liked the shower, which was very large and had a choice of a waterfall and hand shower.

The rooms were quite basic given the price of the rooms. My bedside table was very wobbly!

One employee at the entrance was kind

They told us we were upgraded to a different room but we ended up in an even smaller room on the last floor. The floor was dusty and the sofa had stains on it. I somehow had booked for breakfast but still managed to have to pay for it at the checkout anyway.

Room and staff where very good. On the second morning breakfast was set out around 7am but there was nobody in the breakfast room to serve tea or coffee. So had breakfast without.

There was no evening meals at the hotel.. If there was a function on , which there was both nights I stayed... Access to the main bar to sit was not an option. Although the staff would get a drink for you....You had it in your room. This was disappointing.

The place has one elevator which took for ever to go up, the location is not the best as it is quite far away from the intressting parts of the city.

Disappointing. Not value for money!

Friendly staff

At the arrival we had been given an upgraded room, unfortunately it had a strong smell lot of cigarettes and we asked to be placed in another room. We were given a room that was not clean, there was dust even on the telephone, one of the walls had paint stains, a piece of spring was coming out of the mattress, the carpet did not look clean, etc. It was very hot (30ºC in the room) and the air-conditioning was not working. The elevator smelled funny, quite unpleasant. Not a 4 star hotel standards.

We have ordered Taxi in the evening before the morning at the reception to the airport. At the time Taxi wasn’t there, personnel didn’t take any effort, we were left on our own, so finally managed to catch Bolt after 35min waitting… good that we reached airport before boarding completed, but ir was really stressy.
