Very nice people at reception, good location , interesting decor. Wifi did not work well when I was there this time . No problem when I was their before

Unfortunately just a very ordinary hotel. Nothing around the location. Room was just useless for a family of 5. Barely any room for 5 people let alone luggage. Showers were crap, no pressure and the water would go from cold to boiling hot. No fridge, but apparently that is the norm in Belgium? Reception were no use. Stay in the heart of Brussels if you get a chance to visit.

The room and bathroom were really clean and neat. It was quiet at night. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, Kaiju. The food was really good, some shareable and some you can have alone. You need a reservation for the rooftop bar which was a bit of bummer because we didn't know. We ended up going late at night when it cleared out a little and we did get a nice little view of the city. Also highly recommend visiting the new bar across the street, Esencia Cocktail Bar! The owner, Oscar , is very passionate about his bar and serves up some of the best cocktails we've ever had. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything was going great until, on the final morning before our morning flight, we found a very large, engorged bed bug. Original preliminary inspection of the mattress and bedframe upon arrival revealed nothing, but this was a well-fed bedbug in the late stages of its life. Overall, a horrifying end to what we all thought was a beautiful, clean and hip hotel on our trip - now extended while we deal with the headache of making sure that was the only one. We stayed in Room 303.

The hotel is kind of special that features bear concrete walls and untreated woods decoration everywhere. You either like it or dislike it. Other than the deco style it worked well: beds are comfortable, bathroom clean, and breakfast was good.

The hotel itself is clean unfortunately the elevator was a disaster as it was tiny could only comfortably accommodate 2 people and having 7 floors it was a big let down and required lots of waiting time . Otherwise than that the staff provided top quality service the pool and rooftop bar is the hotels usp and it is lovley and would highly recommend people stay for the pool and bar . The woman serving us drinks on the 5th of July made grate cocktails the rooms were a bit small but overall good value for money

Decent perks but it didn’t have basics like bottles of water in the rooms and one of the elevators is broken. I used the stairs apart from when I was coming and going with luggage. Pillows uncomfortable but the bed was fine. Loved the rooftop bar (but you can’t put drinks on your room) and I enjoyed the pool too.

The room assigned was just beside the outside stairs with no view and also time to time noisy. During checkout their system was not working so could not provide invoice and mentioned to provide during the day. No update until 8pm until I had to call and still didnt receive the full invoice. The day later when called again was able to have the invoice of my stay.

Some days before arrival I send an Email and pre booked parking - but I never received an answer and was told at check in the "their small Parking was always full. The architect who designed their bathrooms did obviously not know that wood and water is a very bad combi over time.

Stayed here with a friend for two nights, the staff were lovely and the rooms were great! Loved the pillows and the coffee in the rooms were delicious. When I go to Brussels again I will be staying here.

Jam Hotel was perfect for our family if 5. The children loved the swimming pool and the bed with the sliding doors. All of us slept well and enjoyed a coffee from the personal coffee machine in our room in the morning. In terms of value for money, it really was a bargain!

Super hotel and rooms -- ideal for a family of four. It's so rare to be able to get four beds and so we were delighted. Fantastic service from the staff (friendly, helpful, professional). Very clean. The only slight downside is that it can be little noisy from the road below (with trams and traffic). Not all the rooms are above the road but the four-bed rooms are. However, that's a small concern as overall we were very happy and had an excellent stay.

The pool was closed and the sauna was not included even though it seemed like it when booking. The spa with the sauna was also unavailable during our stay. Worst of all was that the walls and windows were really thin so every little noise could be heard all night leading to terrible sleep. We were woken up by construction outside, ambulances, police sirens, and neighbors...
