Bedbugs in bed

Location is good and space of the room is good too.

There were not proper sheets in the beds, just covered mattresses. The problem is that on top of that there were bedbugs in the bunk bed and we got bites everywhere. No refund or compensation issued.

A disaster

I did not test anything because I was not able to access the room because I did not receive the email with the code. The administrator says that they sent me the email the day of the check-in in the morning but I have not received it and I was forced to look for another hotel at 23:00! I called the phone number indicated in the booking email but none replied

In the Booking email it should be clearly written that it is not hotel and you need a code to enter the room. I realised this only when I was in front of the apartment. The name of the place was misleading, I though it was an hotel

Tutto sommato bene

Non e molto lontano dal centro, si può raggiungere con una bella camminata. La struttura e fatta di più stanze ma ben riscaldate.

Purtroppo non per colpa di chi gestisce la struttura, ma e capitata gente che lascia bagno e wc sporco, soprattutto la cucina, che e in comune con gli altri. Gente sopra di noi che faceva casino fino a tarda notte, finché non sono salita a dirne quattro...

Flac d'eau devant l'entrée de la salle de douche Difficile de retrouver le mail avec le code wifi. Partir pour 11h, c'est un peu trop tôt. 12h30 aurait été parfait.

Simple et propre ! Mais attention à demander le no chambre et code avant car il n'y a pas d'accueil.

Simple et propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix même si un peu mal isolé phoniquement. Pour information, toilettes, salle de bains et cuisine communes, toutes propres, sur les différents paliers des étages.

Attention pour les réservations via Booking, c'est un Airbnb, il faut absolument demander le no de la chambre et le code de la box à clés avant, sinon vous passez la nuit dehors. Il n'y a pas d'accueil !

Centrale, adatto per un weekend.

Posto adatto per trascorrere un paio di notti nel centro della città. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Organizzazione autonoma del check-in comodissima. Ambiente ben riscaldato e curato.

Ci vorrebbe una finestra.

El cuarto es amplio y estaba limpio, esta cerca a la parada del bus, del metro y del tram

El baño demasiado pequeño y que no especifica que piso es y viaje con una amiga que llevaba muletas y justo nos toco subir 3 pisos

Pros y contras del sitio

La cama es muy cómoda, el check-in es súper flexible (coges las llaves de la cajita de fuera y ya está) y en general el anuncio es honesto con lo que ofrece.

Podrían hacer un poco más decente el baño de la planta 1, pero en la 3 hay uno que sí que está muy bien.
