"I liked the fact that it was very reasonable price, and it is in a very nice part of Brussels, and the lady I spoke with was very nice and friendly and also my room was very comfortable."

The location is amazing. Easy access to shopping, metro and trains and the old quarter.
I had a single room and was stuck in the dungeon on ground floor with no windows. I heard every bang and toilet flush and being Belgium, access was all on top floors. Especially when guests arrive in the early hours. None of it looked like the room on the photo. Great location but in reality, just a bed in a cramped room.
