Overall, this was very clean and easy. I did enjoy that they had lockers to be able to store our belongings before check-in and after check-out. They made it easy to travel lightly. The hotel was overall good, and the staff were respectful, and it was very clean

If I had one complaint, it would be the location. It was very close to the trains, which is very convenient, but a 30-minute walk to downtown, which is not bad either.

Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, very near Bruxelles Midi and in a good street where I could walk in and out as a solo female traveller. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and outstanding staff.

We didn’t had breakfast , as I did not booked for it .

I requested to service the room when we went out for the day . But no one came to do the cleaning and put some clean towels as i put the dirty ones on the floor but none came to change it

A good stay in the city

A very comfortable stay I will say. Definitely met the expectations. Pros - Good connection to public transport, free of charge locker facility, a guest kitchen equipped with microwave, gas stove, and utensils to cook your own food. Cons - paid a bit extra money as the price went down after the booking.

Fantastic overnight stop after missing the Eurostar.

Very convenient location for the Eurostar side of Midi station. Everything in excellent well maintained and clean condition - really impressive. Nicely equipped shower room and the room was pleasant too. Good blackout window blinds - nearly forgot to use them though! Nice friendly welcome and quick no-fuss check-in.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, but I slept okay. Moreover, I thought it was strange that in a dorm room shared with strangers, one guest's key card has to be in a slot by the door to keep the lights or power sockets on. Could see how that could go wrong.

The room had chipped walls and it looked like it hadn't been renovated for years. Also we didn t have enough towels.

very close to the train station and about a 25 minute walk into the centre of the city. very friendly staff very clean room with a nice interior design with a large full length window looking onto a lovely green space.

the only thing missing for me was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. you can purchase drinks downstairs in the cafe and take them back to your room but they were quite expensive at €7 for two cups when in many places, this facility is included with the room.

The staff is so bad specially the assistant hotel manager Haroula Georgiou when i checked in in the first day i informed the receptionist staff that’s I need late check out at 1:00 pm I leave my family at hotel and I go to finish some urgent work the I get a call from my family that’s the hotel assistant manager and two other staff came to them and kicked them out off the room

Ok but reception guys are lazy

I was checking in and the staff at reception did not open the door even after several doorbells. There was no customer on the counter at all. Very disappointing. I only got in bec some people went out the door. The key card also did not work and had to be redone.

Great visit - Perfect for attending a concert with friends

The kitchen and dining area was clean, the room was perfect for a group of 5 friends visiting Brussels to attend a concert. The location is extremely close to the train station where the Eurostar arrives.

There were some issues regarding noise from other guests, not enough to tell staff but something to be aware of. As a group of friends ourselves we understood group holidays can be a little louder.

Average Stay. Too late Check-in time & early Check-Out so less hours of stay in the Hotel

Location is really nice just 5 minutes walk from the Brussels Midi Station and 15 min walk to the city center. Room was spacious enough with big bathroom. Room quality was also good.

The Check-in & Check-Out time. Check-in time is really late at 15:00 local time and checkout is too early at 10:00AM considering the late check-in. Plus if you arrive before Check-in time they have paid lockers. If someone has made a reservation to stay at the hotel there should be the provision to keep the luggage for free until the Check-in time rather than paying extra for lockers. If the Tariff would have been lesser we would have felt value for money. Coffee at the bar was expensive than what you get outside and it was served cold. Didn't feel like we were having a Cappuccino.

Great Hotel and super clean

Our room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully organized upon our arrival. The room was incredibly roomy too! Despite arriving slightly earlier than our scheduled check-in time, the hotel had a room prepared for us, allowing us to check in seamlessly. Its convenient proximity to Gare du Midi and the fact that it had a subway station made navigating the city a breeze. We wholeheartedly endorse this hotel to fellow travelers, whether journeying for business or leisure.

Some times it gets very noisy at night because of the hostel on the upper floors. We have to complain with the front desk and they sent a security but the noise continue for a while
