Excellent location, close to train station as well as to the city centre.

Bit of a smell in the bathroom.

I had booked a room for three nights, but through the booking I couldn't see exactly how the room I choose was like. So when I went there, they told me that the bedroom is small for me (I use a wheelchair). But they told me that they will change it, so they gave me a bedroom that was actually good to use for the without problem of space. I was to highlight that the receptionist way really kind to me. I had forgotten my cellphone charger back home, and he gave me his charger during the four days stay, which I truly appreciate.

The only thing that I may not have liked, was the construction of the street right outside the entrance of the hotel, but this is not connected to the hotel. Except this, the location was good, you could go to the center of the city in around 10 minutes.

Facilities in the hotel was very good, room was spacious, staff was vey friendly and helpful.

Location was shabby, it is just 1Km from city centre but not a very good locality to be honest. Lot of construction work on the road made it little bit more difficult to access.

The rooms were cleaned daily, the towels were replaced and they refilled our water bottles 3/4 days Apart from a small bit of aging and rust the rooms were very clean

Actually having a television that has a working Netflix as it's a feature on the smart TV installed in the room The hotel was pleasant the only things we didn't really enjoy was the area the hotel is in and the amount of trash and garbage on the roads

It is a good value for a good price. The room was nice and clean. It was possible to hear everything from the hallway, but this was not an issue at night as it went very quiet. The only downside is that there was no window in the room (only one in the bathroom) so the room didn’t have natural light. The staff was very nice and helpful - I needed to have a train ticket printed out, and the receptionist helped me. The location is perfect - very close to the train station from which you can get easily everywhere. So this was in the end a nice and comfortable stay.

The worst part about finding a place in Brussels is because many buildings are old and dirty. This room is clean and facilities are ok. It could be a little cheaper because the location is not the best.

Location during night or really early doesn’t seem too safe. When I was leaving by the morning in my last day, two men also tried to assault me, but I got inside a convenience and said I would call the police.

The area was close to main zuid station but thats about it else it wasn’t a value for money hardly one can accommodate in room and open a big suitcase

The area is very notorious even faced with daylight theft one has to be very cautious while stepping out in the evening

I like evening around but most was location Room was ok but I love staff Tim are very friendly.

The bed was very comfy, the shower was nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the fact that is located very near the station.

The fact that they had a curtain as a division on the bathroom instead of a proper screen box, the sliding door was somehow broken, the room was very warm even with the window open and although we were provided with a fan, there were not available plug, as the one on the centre of the room wasn’t working, also the bed side lamps didn’t work. We also found that the value of the breakfast wasn’t worth it, as there wasn’t a great choice of dishes to choose from. The decor needs an urgent update.

The rooms are big

You don’t make a choice with the breakfast, what ever they cook is what everyone has to have. No soap, shampoo, and the shower has water spilling everywhere in the bathroom, you have to put the towel on the floor. They should mention that, they’re road works in front of the hotel, there is so much noise during the day. The curtains are not enough to cover the whole windows. Towels should be changed every day, they don’t have to wait for customers to ask for towels especially when they know that the shower has water everywhere.

Super convenient near the centre, check in easy.

Felt expensive for what it was, building in poor condition, tiny room, and no noise insulation (was woken up at 3am by other customers who were walking quietly in the corridor when leaving)

Reasonably spacious room. The proximity with the Brussels Zuid station is good;

Although the proximity to the station is good, the neighborhood isn't very welcoming, some streets nearby don't seem to be safe, and it is far from main tourist attractions. The shower isn't well divided from the rest of the bathroom (only a curtain), and the floor isn't well inclined, so the water leaked everywhere. Also, right upon arrival, we were told there was a problem with the keys (the entire hotel was affected), so someone opened the room for us and we had to sightsee without a key to the hotel (although we recognize this could be a punctual problem). If you want to leave your luggage because you arrived before check-in time, be aware that it is left in a small room (that apparently isn't locked) and they state in their website that it is left unattended, so they don't take responsibility. The room doens't have a hairdryer. The hotel has only one to lend, so it took a few days for it to be avaiable.

Location, early check-in, friendly staff and good bed.

Room was very small, window was facing a wall, there is no hairdryer which is a basic item that you get everywhere. There is road work in front of the hotel so it's a bit annoying but I guess it's not the hotels fault.

Good location, nice view, comfortable beds, a litlle small shower, but for sleeping is okay
