This is a studio apartment to sleep 3 people. The apartment is really nice with everything even a washer which is why we were interested in it. So we figured we’d be able to wash our clothes halfway through our 3 week trip. We thought there’d be a dryer but no there wasn’t so we hung everything up around the apartment. It worked but a dryer would have been good.
Also the area is pretty sketchy. Lots of security! So much so you have to go through three doors to get in the place—once you are let in. We had a terrible time getting someone to let us in.
There is a small elevator as well.
It is a 5 minute walk to the train station which is what attracted us along with the washer.

The location was ideal being so close to the midi train station and was only a 25 minute walk from central Brussels along the main road which had shops and restaurants.
The room was larger than expected as well and was clean and comfortable

The room is very spacious and the kitchen is complete with utensils
The apartment is perfect for 4 people and the staff are very helpful and give detailed instructions. They take their time to show you how all the system works in the apartment.

Property very clean, room comfortably slept 3 adults. Toilet was unable to flush bathroom tissue, a fact that was noted on at least 3 permanent signs in the bathroom— but not in the Expedia write up.
