    We stayed at Novotel Midi Station Brussels, and while the location was convenient with parking available, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. We had to move rooms, but unfortunately the second room still had a lot of dust and stains on the furniture. On a positive note, the reception staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The service from the team was a highlight, but the overall cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement.

    Friendly staff are helpful, they will assist you when you are new in Brussels, a young gentleman in the reception area offered us a map when we asked what Metro we take to go to Grand Place and offered us water as well, he figured out we are tired. Location is excellent close to Metro, Busses and Trams and there are restaurants and coffee shops around. Our room is clean as well.
