Bed very comfy.
My train was delayed and ended up trying to find after midnight. Didn’t feel great for a traveller on their own.

The location is amazing, the front desk is opened for 24 hours.
They had great amenities such like showegel and body lotion, and the hair dryer was already in the room.
Overall I had a great experience.
The bed was quite dent so it was a bit uncomfortable sleepping but since I was alone I got used to it.
Wifi was a bit slow and it was annoying.
I know it is too much to ask but it would have been great if there was a fridge in the room.

Very close to Brussels Midi station
Very limited choice of foods not worthy of a 4 star, housekeeping didn’t remove the old towels too. Experience could have been better. I am not able to agree that the services of the hotel is worth 4 stars this more of a 3* in my view. You should be very careful with your heads as the rooms had inclination roofs
