Spacious, lovely space, close to train station, well provisioned, helpful host.

Access difficulties, in rough area with uncollected rubbish on streets (not the fault of the B&B!), needs blinds in front room as was too bright to sleep.

We were greeted by Michéle who was lovely and explained everything very well to us. The apartment was cosy, clean and comfortable and very stylish. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Michele, the host, is very kind and responsive. The location is good, all places of interest are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony is nice touch to it.

There are large construction works around, so it is not nice view and can be confusing when trying to find the place.

Exceptional

Upon arrival at Brussels Midi it took me only 5 minutes to walk to the apartment. Very well located for train travellers like myself. Great warm greeting and conversation from Michéle who met me at the property and sent me a text the next day after I checked out wishing me the best on my travels. The apartment is very modern with a nice rear balcony, and poured concrete floors that I loved. Open plan and airy.

Definitely more a whole apartment rental than a traditional BnB so be aware if you’re after something more traditional.

Been in better places but also in worse

position nerby train station and public transport

Breakfast (included) was not satisfying, I had to buy milk by myself and in a Covid age, it's inadmissible that you have to uses an opened jam from the fridge. The main door lock was hard to close or open, I was scared to get stuck inside/outside with a broken key in it.

Horrible experience

Nothing! I never got access to the property and stayed in a dingy 2 star hotel next door

The provider did not agree to an access time. he refused to allow me to drop off luggage before check-in time and we never arranged a meeting time. I wasted half a day trying to contact him, but he did not respond until 7.30 pm when I had already paid for another room. I hope booking.com will assist me to get some compensation rather than pay for 2 rooms.

Anche se non si è visto il proprietario le spiegazioni (con foto su WhatsApp) sono state esaurienti.

Mi ha lasciato perplesso l'offerta negli scaffali di prodotti (biscotti, corn flakes, ecc) in scatole già aperte. L'appartamento è un bel loft, ma gli impianti erano un po' malandati (in cucina in particolare), una bella penisola, ma con un pò di cose non funzionanti. Diciamo che l'appartamento è stato un po' trascurato.

Sehr schönes Appartement, mit Ausbesserungen, die nötig sind

Das Appartement war sehr großzügig und modern geschnitten. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Feriengast benötigt. Ein kleines Frühstück wurde angeboten (frisches Brot, abgepackte Marmelade, abgepackte Butter (leider abgelaufen), O-Saft, Milch & Kaffeekapseln. Zwei Badezimmer vorhanden, genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Der zu buchbare Parkplatz haben das Angebot abgerundet. Das Haus an sich war sehr ruhig. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wer noch gut zu Fuß ist, kann in die Innenstadt laufen. Ansonsten Bahnhof und div. Haltestellen in der Nähe. Die Reinigungskraft sehr nett, diese haben wir beim einchecken kennen gelernt. Vor Antritt der Reise gab es eine genaue Beschreibung des Vermieters, wie man an die Schlüssel für die Wohnung kommt und den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage findet und die Wohnung selbst. Alles gut erklärt. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon, für den Sommer ideal- jetzt im Winter natürlich nicht. Der Blick in den Hinterhof ist halt wie so oft in Großstädten, oft altes Gemäuer.

Die Betten! Das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof hatte ein wackeliges/quietschendes Bett mit einem schiefen Fuß und gebrochenem Lattenrost - aus diesem Grund nicht benutzt. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof der Anlage hatte leider die Matratze so durchgelegen ( Kuhlen) , dass man glaubte auf einem Brett zu liegen. Da ist mal was Neues nötig. Die Matratze war einfach abgenutzt. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte zusätzlich ein Rollo am Fenster, sodass man die gesamte Nacht von der Innenhof Beleuchtung ( grundsätzlich schön anzusehen aber nicht Nachts ) total angestrahlt wurde.

Zzt eine Baustelle davor und wir hatten Pech mit der Übermittlung vom Schlüssel bzw Anweisungen. Aber nach einigen Telefonaten kam eine Frau und hat uns geholfen. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat sich entschuldigt, obwohl sie nichts dafür konnte.

Apartamento muy bien. Barrio mejorable.

Apartamento muy amplio en un edificio residencial dentro de una manzana de calles, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Distancia al centro de Bruselas: unos 20 minutos. Pero el barrio está en obras y es difícil de encontrar el alojamiento. Tiene 2 dormitorios dobles, salon muy amplio con cocina americana y mucho lugar de almacenaje. Tiene un baño completo y otro incorporado a la habitación, sin inodoro. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio (consultar al propietario). La cocina está equipada con vajilla y cubertería, Paños, productos de limpieza, de todo! Tiene Cafetera, tostadora, horno, vitrocerámica, frigorífico,... Sábanas limpias y el apartamento en general bien limpio. El propietario es muy atento y accesible en todo momento. La limpiadora, Michelle, es muy amable y limpió todo bastante bien a pesar del mal estado en que lo habían dejado los anteriores huéspedes.

El barrio está en obras y es difícil de encontrar la entrada al apartamento. Acceso al edificio complicado por las obras. Tuvimos un problema a nuestra llegada y el apartamento no estaba disponible porque estaban limpiando aún. Los huéspedes anteriores lo habían tejado en mal estado, sucio, con mal olor y con cosas rotas. No pudimos hacer uso normal hasta 3 horas después. El propietario, muy amable y accesible en todo momento, pidió disculpas y nos ofreció una solución y compensación. La campana extractora no tiene extracción de aire. El conducto acaba en el techo. Asi que no cumple su función. La terraza un poco sucia. Algunas ventanas no se abrían bien (rotas por el anterior inquilino). El desayuno ofrecido se limita a cafe, leche, zumo, pan, mantequilla y mermelada. Nada mas!

Mühsame Kontakt Aufnahme mit dem Hausbesitzer: viele erfolglose Anrufe und e-mails, letztendlich haben wir die Informationen wie wir das Appartement betreten können. Rund um die Gebäude, hunderte, hunderte Meter nur eine Baustelle, wir haben den Gebäudeeingeng nur per Zufall gefunden !! Schlechte Gegend, gefährlich, Nachts nicht draußen laufen. Nachbarn rechts und links laut, oben sehr laute und stundenlange furchtbare Music. Die Parking-Einfahrt mit eine Wölbung/Schwelle, wir sind mit dem Auto stehen geblieben und den ganzen Autoboden beschädigt. Wer übernimmt die Reparatur Kosten ??

Schönes Appartement nahe des Bahnhofs Midi

Perfekte Lage zum Bahnhof Midi. Schönes Appartement mit kleinem Balkon . Ruhige Lage. Michelle hat uns alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sympathisch, dass wir Frühstück im Kühlschrank vorbereitet fanden mit frischem Brot und Orangensaft.

Die Balkontür ging nicht. Man konnte sich aber hinter dem Rollo (welches nicht hochzuschieben ging) zur anderen Balkontür durchschlängeln. War praktikabel. Die Matratze war sehr fest. Mein Mann fand sie gut, für mich war sie etwas zu hart. Geschmacksache. Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Haken oder Stoppern (Klodeckel) könnte man alles noch perfektionieren. Alles in allem war es aber toll.

Bien, pero no repetiría

Ha sido nuestra primera vez en Bruselas y he de decir que la ubicación del alojamiento es bastante mala. Es cierto que está a 5min andando de la estación de tren Midi y a 20min aprox. andando del centro de Bruselas, pero el barrio está entero en obras y tiene mucha suciedad en sus calles. El alojamiento está ubicado dentro de una comunidad de viviendas. Tiene un parking subterráneo bastante amplio, aunque nosotros no lo utilizamos. El ascensor no funcionaba, por lo que tuvimos que subir andando con todo el equipaje. El apartamento es muy amplio, con dos habitaciones y dos baños. Esta equipado con todo lo imprescindible para poder pasar unos días de vacaciones. La cama es bastante dura y en vez de almohadas hay cojines. Tiene una terraza que aparentemente es acogedora, pero da a un patio interior muy sucio, está llena de moscas y desprende muy mal olor. Los estores de toda la casa son demasiado transparentes, por lo que desde fuera pueden verte perfectamente. La casa en sí esta bastante limpia, pero hay bastantes telarañas en los techos. En el salón hay poca luz. En cuanto al desayuno, teniendo en cuenta que es un bed & breakfast es un poco escaso, ya que solo dejan cápsulas de café, leche, zumo de naranja y pan con mantequilla y mermelada. Nosotros no solemos desayunar mucho, pero echamos de menos algo de fruta.

Grote woonkamer, koelkast en kasten met eten er in. Dichtbij station Brussel Zuid. Comfortabele grote sofa.

Dit is meer ivm info op Booking. Het ontbijt is niet ik buffet vorm. Er was een vers half brood in de koelkast. Vele kuipjes jam. Ruim halfvolle melk, koffiemelk. Ook waren er diverse soorten muesli e.d. in de kast. Prima Nespresso apparaat met veel koffiecups. Theefaciliteiten. Ook ik koelkast grote fles jus d’orange. Dus het ontbijt kun je zelf klaarmaken op de kamer en niet ergens anders in buffetvorm. Ik hoop dat Booking deze info kan en wil aanpassen.
