Nice hotel, excellent people

The staff was absolutely delightful, so helpful. I had to check in earlier than the usual time and I truly appreciated that there was a room ready for me. Room was clean and nice, had all the necessary things for a pleasant stay.

Amazing place

The staff was really nice! Everyone we met was nice and helpful. The beds are super comfy and soft, it was super easy to get used to them and the pillows as well. The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The bathroom was big as well and very clean as well. The breakfast didn't had a lot of options but everything there was really delicious!

The only thing bad was that the room had no ventilation in the bathroom. But we opened the windows and it helped

It was OK for one night

It was clean and tidy. Had a small kitchen with a refrigerator which was a bonus. The unit was large and certainly fit our group of four easily. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which was good value.

I think we were surprised by the room we were in as we had to go down the service stairs or elevator to a below ground floor unit. It opened out onto a garden space which wasn't very well presented. It had a damp feel to the place, though no obvious reason for it. The second bedroom included bunk beds and they were not very comfortable. Mostly it was a long way from the train station up hill and it didn't feel like the best area to be walking around at night.

Dissapointed

Nothing really. It was a basic hotel.

I had to go and ask for coffee and milk because they failed to supply. Fire door held open with towels. Breakfast was very basic. Eggs were the smallest I have seen. Fruit was old. The fridge was off. Windows faced a noisey housing estate. Safe wasn't safe.

Cosy stay for friends or couples close to Midi

Stayed 3 nights with a friend to explore Bruxelles. Room was clean, and provided with all essential services. Very nice entree, where you can chill, play a game or, read a book from the many available at the hall. Quite close to Bruxelles Midi, but also to the beautiful Forest area. Abundant, nutritious, and tasty breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

Room was quite small, but it's ok for just sleeping, resting, showering. A bit too expensive, but yeah ... north europe !

- The hotel has a HORRIBLE smell. I have stayed 3 nights and it was the same. - the room needs a general restauration. - some heating radiators where closed but there was an ok temperature in the room. - price to value overestimated. - located near train station but a little far from center.
