Good hotel for a short stay. Clean and conveniently located

Location, super convenient inside the train station.

While the room was clean, the dimensions aren't practical for four people. The open sofa bed blocked all walkways, and the lack of storage options meant our luggage took up what little floor space remained. It would be helpful to have higher bed frames or better shelving to alleviate the cramped feeling. It was ok for a

It is literally part of the station. And I needed to catch an early morning train to Paris.

Front desk a lady by Ashley, lack of attention to customers, I am trying to check in, she is busy juggling two conversations between me and some other guy.

Great location and close to everything

It was clean and very close to all transportation. Basically there. And you also have shops and restaurants around

They do not provide you slippers and it was a bit cold in the room, even if you turn on the heat.

The bed.

The air conditioning was malfunctioning. Room was too hot. Had to moved rooms and the second room was slightly better but still hot. Co-worker had same problem with his rooms as well.

Great location, breakfast needs attention.

Great location next to the station. The hotel has everything you would expect for business travel.

The hotel charged me for two breakfasts despite me telling them 3 times that I would only require one breakfast. I sent them an email in advance, told them at check in, queried the charge via the booking.com app and phoned them up as well. The receipt showed the credit, but they still charged me for 2 breakfasts. What's more the breakfast has a good selection but is not actually that nice.

Lovely clean, spacious room. Was easy to access metro so we could eat at a restaurant we wanted to try (4 stops away). Only there for one night, in transit.

Comfortable business-style hotel, perfect;ly located for rail users. Easy access to trams and metro.

Perfect location if you are using a train from Gare du Midi. Very comfortable bed, large room and good breakfast.

Our room faced the taxi plaza and there was a lot of horn tooting until quite late at night. We left some luggage at reception to be collected later and were given 1 ticket for 4 pieces. We were told we should have had 4 tickets when we collected our luggage and had to prove it was ours. This was not our mistake.

The meal we had in the restaurant was good .

The room is in need of new flooring. The carpet is stained and unsanitary looking . The furniture was chipped and well worn , hardly seems like a "superior room" that we booked . The area is very sketchy. I would not stay here again.

Convenient comfortable stay for those who want to be close to the station

Really close to Brussels Midi station so super convenient if you need to catch an early train. The hotel actually has a door that opens directly to the inside of the station. The area immediately around the station is not very good so this door on the inside is definitely a bonus.

Very comfortable, well equipped and quite large room. I think we were upgraded, which was a treat. Very good value. Very conveniently situated, between the Midi and Zuid stations.

We would have had breakfast, but at €26 it was far too expensive. We had a nice breakfast in the station instead.

Amazing location. The hotel has direct access to Midi station. Hence, tram, metro, eurostar, everything is in your fingertip. It is a safe, comfortable, and clean hotel with an amazing city view.

Very convenient location Staff were so lovely. Incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome here.

Literally the only downside was that the bathroom looked a little tired. The sink was stained (probably with tea and coffee) which gave it a dirty look even though I know it had been cleaned. This is literally just a very minor point. I would still recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Perfect location for train transfers, but front desk experience was disappointing

We chose this hotel because we had to make a transfer at the train station—and for that purpose, it was perfect. The hotel is located right next to Brussels Midi Station, which made our logistics extremely easy. The building has an elegant, modern charm, and everything is clean, well maintained, and in working order.

However, our check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk staff asked how much we paid for the two rooms we had booked through Booking.com. This is highly unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Once a reservation is confirmed on Booking.com, the price is a binding agreement between the platform and the hotel—there should be no need for such a question. It felt as inappropriate as asking a guest how much money they make. We couldn’t help but wonder—if our rate had been lower, would they have considered downgrading us?
