    We didn’t expect the room to be so spacious and comfortable. Even with two 28-inch suitcases opened, there was still plenty of space, and the sofa was a nice spot to relax. The hotel is extremely convenient, located just opposite Brussels Midi station, making it very easy when travelling with luggage. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the water dispenser in the lobby was a great extra touch. Highly recommended!

    Would not ever stay here again. The hotel room is small and noisy especially if you're facing the road side. I got woken up by noises early in the morning and could hear a lot os passerbys at night. The whole area felt really unsafe too as a female so i would not recommend any solo/female travellers. Also faced problems during check-in with their rude staff that didn't try to help. I expected the direct and less friendly interactions due to the culture but they were just down right rude and didn't care. During check-in, I asked if I could have the same room as a later separate booking since I arrived a day earlier prior to my group's travel plans. I was open to topping-up any difference in cost and politely explaining the whole situation and offering to use google translate if they couldn't understand. Still, they were quite rude during the whole exchange but eventually they told me they settled it and gave me the same room. When I went up and realised it wasn't the same, I called the front desk through their phone which was not in good condition (glitching) and they rudely told me to come down and they would not deal with me on the phone. Over the phone they said they were busy but after grabbing my luggage and heading down, there were no guests only 2 staff cause it was 12:20am as well. The guy that I had spoken with during check-in and on the phone said he needed to take a call and just went away after I reached the counter. I asked the other staff for help and he just told me to wait for the other guy. After he came back from his call, I explained the situation again since I thought he might be confused but he just said i dont know what you're talking about and made no efforts to understand or help and just gave me back the same card.
