We enjoyed our stay, great hotel.

Very convenient location, spacious room. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day.

Very good hotel, little bit pricey

It is a good hotel, comfy beds and clean.

The location is a little bit off, meaning you need to take a metro 10 minutes away to reach Grand Palace, and the good breakfast restaurants are also 10 min walking. The other metro station is nearby, but it is not worth it since it goes around the ring of Brussels, at it complicates your traveling. In addition the price was a little high for this category of hotel at the time of my travel.

A pleasant stay, but some improvements are needed.

The hotel is generally pleasant and the beds are comfortable.

As far as I understood, the air conditioning was central, but it felt very cold the entire time. Also, the shower did not produce very high water pressure, which made it take longer to rinse off. There was a tea maker but no water, which would have been quite helpful. I would also have liked to have at least some light slippers to use. We tried to contact the reception via the room phone several times, but no answer despite it was maybe 17:00. Also, it is not very close to city center, a 30 minutes walk, which is a bit difficult because of Brussels streets (feels like a hill climbing)

rooms are fine

I recently stayed at this hotel due to its convenient location near my meeting venue, which was a definite plus. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved: I was traveling with a large suitcase due to an extended trip, and unfortunately, the entrance had 3–4 stairs without any ramp or assistance, which made it difficult to carry my luggage. During check-in, the hotel staff seemed tired and unengaged, which made the experience less welcoming. On the other hand, the check-out team was much more helpful and professional. The room itself was clean and comfortable, meeting the quality I expect from the Hilton brand. However, the lobby area felt uninviting, and I didn’t feel comfortable dining alone in the lobby restaurant. Lastly, I found the hotel to be quite expensive, especially when compared to similar accommodations in other cities. Brussels, in general, seemed pricey from a hotel perspective. Overall, while the room met expectations, there are areas—especially service and accessibility—that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

A nice, spacious room with a kitchenette for a fair price!

The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer was a requirement for us, and this place had it. Very satisfied!

A nice addition would be a table and two chairs for eating, since there's a kitchenette. Paper towels would have been handy, too. But these are minor quibbles.

A comfortable family stay in a great location, overall a good choice despite some small drawbacks.

We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for a family. The location is excellent – around 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre. Breakfast was decent, and having parking available was convenient.

Parking is quite expensive at €38 per night. Breakfast felt a little overpriced. Some small issues with housekeeping – one day the beds were made but the kitchen area wasn’t touched, the next day the bedrooms weren’t cleaned. The bathroom door also had no lock.

Amazing experience. Our stay allowed us to bond even more. Hilton made our stay a memorable moment.

We love how peaceful and quiet it was during our stay. We love the family room setup. The kitchen and living room made it much cozier. This allowed us to not only eat at the restaurants but enjoy each other with a nice home cooked meal.

It could have been better.

The location was good and safe.

The room was quite small, not equipped for 3 guests ( we were 3 and except for the sofa bed, everything was for 2; I had to ask for towels). We found an alive bug crawling on the wall of our room. The receptionist said that there are no more and I don't have to worry.

Effective, at a reasonable price, inside Brussels

The room was clean, it was ok, AC worked which was nice, and overall it worked, shower, bathroom, bed was ok, a bit hard, but enough for one night. It has a bar, which is a nice bonus, Cards are needed for the elevators, which adds a nice element of security. Breakfast is ok, a fair start to a day.

The location is ok, to get there, Brussels at night, it has its moments, the area around it is not the best, so travel in groups, or during the day. Bath has a tub shower combo, doable, but good to know

The hotel did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

Staff were nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

I have stayed in many 4-star hotels, but unfortunately, this one did not meet the standards expected of that rating and was definitely overpriced for what it offered. Hygiene: The room was not properly cleaned. There were stains, the toilet and shower cabin were not thoroughly cleaned, and I found hair in several areas. Dust was visible throughout the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Amenities: The room was small and noticeably outdated. The card reader was broken, the hair dryer was dirty and of poor quality, and the electric kettle was dusty and appeared contaminated, making it impossible to have a clear boiling water. Breakfast: The breakfast was average with limited options. The dining area was far too small for the number of guests, making it difficult to move around or find seating comfortably. I am glad that I had to stay there only for one night.

Nice location and huge room

The "room" was a whole apartment; with kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room. The hotel was quiet and the receptionists were nice.

Lovely staff, they were very helpful with all our requests. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay.

Nice surprise

When I came late in the night, the hotel was overbooked so that they upgraded my suite. That was really nice move.

The room amenities were too basic. Electrical outlets were in impractical places, switches were unnaturally low. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the dishwasher. I didn't find the air-conditioning control until after one day in the corner behind a flowerpot. It would be handy to have the manual right in the appartment where the guest gets everything explained in detail.

Hotel was great and fairly central but perhaps not the nicest area in the city

The air conditioning was working great and the room was nice. The street is also fairly quiet during the night and right across the street, there is a night shop where you can get some things during the evening and night.

It's a very minor inconvenience but the door to my room didn't fall shut when letting go of the handle. It stops just before it would click into place. So, I think it could easily happen that someone doesn't notice that when leaving for the entire day and anyone could just enter while you are gone. The area seems a bit iffy and I wouldn't advise anyone to walk through the parks alone at night. Also, when I walked up the Rue Berckmans in the morning, it was noticeable that some people didn't clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk. So I needed to watch my step there.

We enjoyed our stay.

Well equipped family room, comfy mattress, quiet area, tea and coffee available, willing to cooperate staff. Good coffee with real milk at the breakfast. Possibilty to open window. Bathroom and toilette are separated.

A bit expensive hotel and no real scrambled eggs at the breakfast. 30 minutes walking distance to the centre and EU parlament.

The room was a bit noisy due to the thin walls of guest/ staff outside wandering the halls in the late afternoon which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Will not go back

The room was not a normal room. The shower and the bath room are support rooms and it is totally not appropriate for visitors. I do not recommend this hotel to Anyone. Bookings has the wrong rating for this hotel and should have been below 4rating. We relied on booking for this rating and we made this reservation based on 8.1 rating from booking. We are very disappointed that Bookings does not have reliable ratings for this hotel.

Safety and , coordination they did not coordinate when we leave we arrived to the room and our personal belongings were thrown out in the garbage by the house keepers and they disposed off we had an extra night to stay they said it is a mistake meanwhile our luggage was in the room the food was in the kitchen even the loofah was still in the shower only our toiletries were gone.

Overall, we didn't really enjoy the stay due to noise levels off the main road outside our room.

The location of the hotel was close to Brussels Central & other amenities. This was a massive bonus & good for navigating the city.

The position of our room was right next to the main road & to that end, we could hear all the traffic going pass all night. This meant we didn't enjoy a good night sleep...
