Value for money and hospitable stay

Very big and warm room (we stayed in winter). The breakfast was very nice, as well as the hostess, very friendly and helpful! The location is ideal, is very near to metro stations and a nice neighbourhood to go out at night.

Great value central location

Large room, comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast, good location, friendly staff. Fridge in room. Walking distance to major sights

No views from frosted windows. A little warm ..heating on a lot. Small dining room and small window of opportunity for breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities but not coffee/milk. No foot towels in room until 4th night of 4 nights.

Room size, kitchen, washing machine and drying. Nice small flat with sofa as well. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast. Although I read the reviews before booking and I knew that breakfast was not that great, I did not expect it was so sad. You get 1 frozen croissant each (only if you ask you can get more), boiled egg or scambled egg and some toast bread. There is not fresh milk. Only long-life milk. If you are lucky you find some yogurt in the fridge, not every day was there. It is not only about the quantity. The way it is presented is sad and it is not nice to ask for more if you paid for the breakfast. I would have preferred paying less and have breakfast somewhere else. There should be little more effort in serving breakfast especially if you call it B and B. I am paying for the bed and for the breakfast. Definitely very disappointed. During night room was colder than morning. Heating was on only during the morning. Overall, too expensive for what they offer.

great value , good location , clean and spacious

location was great. So close to so many god restaurants and metro. The apartment was huge and so was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable the host was very polite

breakfast was very limited but it’s understandable given that this is an a big house with few available rooms.

Really big apartment

Big spacious rooms. I was on the top level of the apartment and had a complete kitchen, dining, bedroom and seperate bathroom/toilet. Nice coffee provided in my room (within the kitchen area) The host was very kind and accomodating. I was super impressed with the size of the accomodation. Really exceeded my expectations as a solo traveller. There is no lift, only stairs.

The breakfast was delicious with a good array of items (especially for vegetarians). The selection of teas was so nice. I really appreciated all the different amenities like the kettle and fridge. The room was absolutely beautiful. The temperature of the room was also perfect.

The location isn’t the best for walking to explore the city (would definitely recommend arriving a bit earlier than complete dark), but is extremely close to a metro station and near a couple of cute restaurants.

Good size and comfy room in a handy location, I would stay there again.

Room very clean, good size, cozy, with big windows. The shower has a super pressure and is really good! The breakfast is simple but it was enough for us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It would be good to have a couple of glasses (and maybe come cutlery) in the room or somewhere accessible in the building so we wouldn’t need to bother them asking every time we need. Other than that it was all nice.

A really lovely place

The B&B has a really lovely and warm style, our room was surprisingly big, comfy, warm (It was very cold outside) and cleaned. We really loved the style of the room, antique style but also modern. The B&B Is close to the metro (like 2 Min), but you can easily reach the centre by foot (20 Min).

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. It was very comfortable to get it in the room. The room itself was very cozy and spacious, also the bathroom was very big. The location is very central and great to get everywhere you need to be.

As the building is at a bigger street, it's quite noisy when you have the windows open (but only during the day).

Very good value, well located and comfortable.

Breakfast was served in the room and was a tasty croissant and rolls. Room was eclectically decorated which I really liked. Quirky but comfortable. Rates were very reasonable for two people. Location was good for most things, but not directly central.

The bathroom was a bit tired and the shower could have done with a bit of a scrub. The sinks didn't drain very well.
