It's clean, but the window in my room isn't safe!

Overall, it was a good and clean room. Definitely recommendable. I stayed for a short one night, but I can truly say it's a commendable hotel. However, the elevator definitely needs to be replaced! The windows in the rooms need to be reviewed for safety! They are definitely not suitable for children and families! In my opinion, they are generally unsuitable because if someone loses their balance, those windows would definitely cause serious problems! Therefore, you should definitely take serious precautions regarding the windows in the rooms! Apart from that, the hotel is a very high-quality, clean, and nice hotel.

Nice and cosy hotel for the affordable price

The room was very cosy. Good water pressure, very comfortable bad and room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also good and a delicious coffee ;)

It was in a beautiful old building and very sympathetically presented on the inside. The breakfast area was lovely and light with a large glass vaulted ceiling

The room was very hot but that is a preference to us so not really something the hotel did wrong. The breakfast was very nice but could have been a little more comprehensive and a coffee machine never makes coffee as well as being made personally

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is spotless throughout, with spacious rooms and truly outstanding staff. The only small downside is the absence of an active bar or lobby area on the ground floor.

The room was nice and comfortable, clean, very big. The breakfast was okay. The location was okay if you need Louise or Brussels Midi, otherwise not so much.

The receptionist during my check-in was strage and unprofessional, but another receptionist during the check-out was really nice.

Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast and well serviced bathroom.

Air conditioning very inadequate and extremely hot, woke up sweating and difficult to sleep. No milk in rooms. Disappointed that as advertised as dog friendly and we paid for the dog there was no facility for us to sit together for breakfast somewhere a little apart from the other guests. We had to have breakfast separately whereas at the other 5 hotels on our trip provision was made for us to sit for breakfast with our dog, a little separate from the main breakfast area.

The hotel is situated in a good location with everything you need close by. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good.

Cozy and beautiful hotel

We loved everything about this hotel! The service was friendly and messages were answered quickly. Our wishes regarding the location of the hotel room (because of the dog) were heard. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful, the room was cozy and really clean. The room had the possibility to make tea and coffee, bathrobes and slippers were also part of the room's equipment. The breakfast was comprehensive . A wonderful hotel that we would definitely stay at again!
