Clean, friendly and helpful staff, towels, toiletries, room accessories all adequate and good quality. Beds were comfy. Noise was not irritatingly entering from neighbors although they had a small baby.

It could be slightly cheaper. The heating system confused us the first night because the temperature setting is present but apparently the temperature is adjusted centrally. Turning on the thermostat will only cause the fan to work. We asked front desk for desired temperature they did it for us.

Lost much of its charm

Welcome was good. The location is good.

I have stayed in the previous Sofitel many times. The new model has lost much of its charm and style including the staff 'uniforms' in the restaurant. I really missed the bar, and only found the new bar on leaving as I was told the 'restaurant' couldn't make the cocktails I asked for but wasn't informed there was a bar next to it. The paintwork looks tired and needs to be refreshed. The mattress in Room 533 needs to be replaced. It is flat on one side and my wife rolled out of bed.

Highly Recommended!

We enjoyed the location and the friendliness of the staff. They helped us with navigation around the city. Amadeo Silva Tafur was especially helpful. My wife's phone was stolen and he took us to the local police station on his own time - a TRUE gentleman!

Convenient, comfort & spacious room.

Near to the subway station just 2 mins walk from the station. Three subway stops from midi railway station. All attractions are closed to the hotel. We almost could walk to all attractions .

Long escalator at the entrance of hotel. It’s difficult to get on it if you have a heavy luggages however hotel staff helped us when we arrived.

Beautiful dining area indoors and out. Easy access to high end shopping and restaurants.

Our room overlooked a rooftop bar and we could hear everything. Thankfully the bar closed at 10pm.

Location was good. Between the old town and the upmarket part of the city. Nice and clean and well presented

Luxurious hotel in an equally luxurious street, with high-end brands just across the road. Perfect location, garden view room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

A good stay but some rooms can be noisy.

The location is good and the staff is super friendly and helpfull.

The first room was with facing the inner court and the ventilation system from restaurants i guess was noisy between 7 in the morning untill 11 in the evening. I asked for a room change with lateral street view which was much much better.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff were blatantly racist towards Arabs and shockingly unhelpful. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The hotel is filthy, outdated, and in serious need of renovation. I strongly advise against staying here — it’s one of the worst places I’ve ever encountered.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by glamorous shopping and close to the historic district.

This hotel is conveniently located in a high end shopping district, mass transportation is nearby and historical/city sights are within walking distance. The hotel was spotless and the staff was extremely attentive

I wish there was onsight parking. The hotel does offer valet parking using a nearby garage but it is expensive. Self parking is available (still pricey) at a nearby garage.

The restaurant food was very delicious but room wasn’t deluxe room in the five stars hotel.

Hotel has very good restaurant and bar but hotel rooms was below the 5 stars deluxe room and no deference with premium room just you should pay more for no reason.

Loved this hotel - would stay here again if I get back to Brussels.

Great location - easy walking distance to key attractions. All staff I encountered/interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

4th floor room but street noise was surprisingly loud through a closed window. Otherwise the room was quiet - didn’t hear anything from adjacent rooms.
