High in value and meeting expectations

1. The room is really spacious and the armchair with side table is surprisingly useful and comfy! 2. The green stay program is also great. As lots of hotels just ask guests to comply the green stay policy without offering anything. At least here we get something in return. 3. We didn’t use it but it seemed like a great feature which is hotel website for ordering towels and things you need without calling the front office! 4. The location is not close close to the station but there are lots of restaurants in walkable distance!

I stayed 3 nights and my husband stayed 5 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. Of course there were various options for you to choose, but it doesn’t hurt to change a little bit the pastry or hot meal to something else. But overall speaking, still vary high in value, will come back again if we visit Brussels.

It was nice but could’ve been more comfortable

Kind staff, spacious room with all the amenities. Enough and good pillows, good climate control.

The noise insulation from the windows was not great, the shower was very narrow, but overall nice bathroom, the bed was very hard and bouncy and there were no outlets near the bed.

It was okay but we would/could not extend our stay there

The location was very nice, one can easily walk to the down town in 20 minutes. The staff was very kind and helpful. room was okay, the beds were comfortable.

The building and the room facilities were very old. The sink, the bath and the armatures were at least 30 years old :( The beds were clean but the room was not generally not clean enough, that we could not step on the floor without shoes or sleepers

Lovely staff, close to centre and in safe area

Really helpful staff who made a real effort to help us find restaurants and places to see. Location was very central about 15-20 mins walk to centre about 5 min from the big wheel. Quiet road but a street over from restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and up to date

Wonderful, clean, calm, and modern with friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff at check-in were very calm and accommodating, offering the perfect energy to greet guests arriving from travel. The location was great and the rooms were very clean.

There was construction going on outside one of the rooms which made it difficult to sleep one morning.

great comfort in the heart of fashionable Brussels.

I was there in probably the hottest part of the year and was very grateful for the excellent air conditioning system. The location is excellent: just two minutes from the Avenue Louise and the fashionable centre of town. There are lots of very good restaurants only minutes from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were also super-friendly.

The location was great and it was very clean but the rooms are not at all sound proof so I was woken several times by slamming doors and evening hearing the people next door. The room was very cold and the heating in the room not functioning well.

there was a middle age guy in the mornings at the reception. he was so helpful & friendly. He showed us the tourist places on the map and gave us recommended restaurants in the tourist places areas and they were great. He checked the opening hours for us on the website & helped us as a tour guide. We sure would consider going back to the NH Stephanie Hotel on our next visit to Brussels.

Location is excellent. The receptionist offered me to keep the car right at the entrance. It was very convenient to drop off bags with shopping and go for more.

It was very basic hotel. It has everything you need for stay - bed, tv, etc. But there us nothing to get excited about.
