Beautiful hotel

Cost of sauna. Great that's its private sessions. But 50 euros person person. So a couple is actually 100 euros. Seems very wrong. It's still a single booked session.

Lovely European hotel with great staff

The hotel is elegant and lovely. So much better than a chain hotel like Marriot or Hilton. This is the kind of hotel that feels like Europe. Location was great for visiting our daughter and the breakfast buffet was memorable with plenty of options for every diet and inside a light filled solarium. The staff was very competent and pleasant.

We had planned to use the pool but there is a charge of 50 euros per person. We instead enjoyed the breakfast every day for 35 euros per person.

Quiet cocoon of personal service in a beautiful setting

The personal service in this family-owned hotel is what makes the difference. It feels like going home each time, and does not feel like a hotel. I always come there for that. The restaurant is also very good, and has that personal feel.

Lovely hotel in great location.

Beautiful room. We had a living area, a small built in balcony and a mezzanine level bedroom. A coffee machine with plenty of pods was provided. Great location with lots of great restaurants/cafes nearby. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly.

Love Brussels. Wonderful Hotel Manos Premier.

Lovely vintage hotel originally made up of 4 separate houses - we had a junior suite which was spacious and the beds were incredibly large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Location is good, explore to the South East for beautiful Art Nouveau houses and fantastic local restaurants and go North to Ave Louise for all the big shops you could need. Fab!

Parking is expensive (€40 a night) but it was safe and secure (if a little hard to get into with a big car!)

Great hotel in a good place

Good location, no far from metro and directly on the Tram station, at the same tíme, walking distance from the downtown. Spacious suite, we got even 2 bathrooms for a family. Very tasty breakfast with vast choices. Friendly staff, All speaking English. Hotel gym is Well equipped and relatively spacious. Hotel Has it's len atmosphere, is equipped with antiques which I personally liked.

The rooms on the ground floor are affected by the tram - one Can hear it and see it in a shaking chandelier. The hotel spa might be great, but we have not tried it - 45 eur / person / hour seemed a little overpriced.

Attractive old-time hotel

When they were unable to place us in a room with twin beds, requested weeks beforehand, after much discussion they upgraded us to a suitable room.

At first the reception didn’t want to accommodate us, and it took a long discussion.

Gem of a hotel, costly extras

Amazing facilities, lovely decor, very comfortable and spacious. Worth paying a bit more for a good room. There's a lovely bar, well appointed breakfast room, and a very pleasant garden area. High ceilings in the room, extra seating space, and a big window overlooking the garden made it feel very special. Staff were friendly and helpful. A boutique hotel that actually feels luxurious. Will definitely return.

The extras (spa access, breakfast) cost a lot. If you want the spa and breakfast, that's an extra 85€ per person - so basically the cost of the room again for 2 people. Also, not the hotel's fault, but there was some kind of event next door with pounding dance music through the whole night. Apparently that's not normal for the area.

Comfortable elegance

Everything! It’s elegant with old-world beauty and grace, and was a delight. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room and bed were comfortable. The lounge is a beautiful space for relaxing with a pre- or post-dinner beverage, and the gardens have lots a quiet, comfy spaces for reading or just being. We’d return to Brussels just to stay here again 😄

Nice hotel and was worth the money

The breakfast is superb and a nice range of items to choose from. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The WI-FI also worked very well throughout the hotel. Hopefully if I visit again I will attend the stem room

The lift is not adequate and too small. It says 4 persons, but it can only really fit two and that’s if you are comfortable with that person. There is also no indicator on the lift so you don’t know if it actually working when you press the buttons or use your key fob on the ground floor
