I did not "enjoy" the hotel. I simply slept there.

The location was very good and the view from the terrace suit was really nice. The hotel itself was ok, just not great.

I specifically asked for a double bed, not two singles. If they had told us sooner that there was no availability, I could have changed rooms or changed hotel. The hotel itself is ok. Only one slow lift. Paint and floors on the corridors not great. Same with our bathroom which clearly needed some upkeep.

Lovely, friendly, chic and comfy hotel.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the location because it was close to Eurostar terminal, but it was also within walking distance to all the sights, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby too.

The one lift, with a 3 person limit, is not so convenient, but we were on floors 2 and 3 so could take the stairs. Not much that can be done about that I suppose.

Good location, large, bright, very clean rooms. Nice esthetics though not at al art déco!

The location is good--we walked everywhere. Room was large and bright and beds comfortable, even the fold-out sofa was not bad. Good A/C. Very clean and cleaning personnel was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choice. We benefitted from early check in and an upgrade.

There is only one elevator that holds three people which meant that you sometimes had to wait quite a bit. Some defects in room including a leak. We had a problem reserving--we wanted a large fold out sofa which corresponded to a four-person room but only wanted three breakfasts. When I called, the staff person was not helpful and hung up on me! But in the end, we reserved for three and were give the big bed.

Disappointed

It was close to Brussel-midi

The pictures they show are not accurate of the actual experience. In reality, the rooms are much and older and that is clearly visible. While it was still comfortable, this did make us feel disappointed with the overall experience and the price-quality ratio. Addition of small fridge to room would also be good. Employees were good and not to blame.

Location of hotel is great, easy to get around the city with close metro links. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was loads of choice for breakfast and it was very tastey! The breakfast room was decorated nicely and was very spacious. Hotel room was large and had everything I needed.

We got a 3 people room and it was gorgeous, so as the hotel itself. Staff were nice. Very well located, 3 blocks away from streets full of restaurants. Also 15 minutes walking from Louise, where all the luxury brands are. 20 minutes walking from Brussels Midi train station, what makes it very convenient for the day trip we made to Bruges.

Good stuff, good breakfast, max 15 mins walking away from touristic places.

Room cleanless (carpets are so dirty) that’s why we asked for housekeeping everyday but no ground cleaning was done. Only towels has changed because I asked. Ended hand soap did not renewed, I had to ask for it. Also I had to ask for slippers because I did not want to wear shoes after bath. Receptionist were so kind and helpful so they gave product I needed immediately but I did not have to ask for them.

Would stay again!

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, big balcony with great view, good value for money, really friendly staff, quiet neighborhood while still in a pretty central area.

The elevator didn’t take us to the 8th floor, so we had to get off at the 7th and use the stairs, the hairdryer in the bathroom was not functional and we could not open the window to our bathroom . Besides that everything was great, and for us, the comfort of the room and the view from the balcony overshadowed these small inconveniences.

Overall the pros of the room outweighed the cons of the common areas - would visit again :)

I liked the cleanliness of the room itself. Also the bed was big and the 2 different types of pillows were nice to choose from. The bathroom's sink area were spacious and the sink were comfortable. The little desk area with 2 mini bottles of water were a nice feature. The staff at the front desk (particularly one of them) were very friendly and provided kindly the information asked.

The common areas were a bit dark, not as clean as the room and a bit cramped. Some of the features in the room were outdated (such as the shower doors did not close completely, the lighting above the sink in the bathroom could've been brighter, the doorlock of the room did not close properly, the elevator is very tight and perhaps outdated). There were a bar somewhere in/near the courtyard, so there is a lot of noise on the weekend evenings when the room is facing courtyard.

Excellent experience for on the move people

Very comfortable bed! Dark and quiet room. Was worried about the location, but so much to do close by. Easy access to Toot open top tour bus. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff.

Bit ugly from the outside but no biggy... WiFi was a bit wonky for work calls from the room, but likely better in the foyer.

Pleasant

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The decoration of the hotel and room is very pretty. The reception staff were friendly and gave us a kettle for the room when asked. We were put in a room on the 7th floor with a nice view of the city and a very large, comfortable bed. There was plenty of space and the room was clean. It's not as central as other hotels but we chose it on purpose to avoid the crowds of the city centre. There are cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants close around.

The room was unbearably hot as it seemed our bed was located just above heated pipes. It just so happened that the weekend we stayed there was also very sunny. The AC was at its maximum but it made no difference as it was quite weak. The window could open but it wasn't quiet enough during the night to leave open (occasional loud traffic, and locals staying out in the small park in front of the hotel). The TV worked but the TV's connection to WiFi didn't allow for casting or watching videos. We booked the room hoping for 2 separate beds but there was only availability for a room with a large bed. The lift to the rooms is also quite slow.

pleasant stay in a quaint boutique hotel

decor was pretty, hotel lobby bar and breakfast was good. loved the coffee machine. quiet street was a plus. Room was a bit small for 4 but appreciated having 4 beds.
