A lovely oldie world feeling to this hotel but with all the modern living requirements. Bed comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom very modern with a walk in shower. Staff friendly and it’s located near enough for the attractions but in a quiet area with restaurants and bars nearby.

Hotel in good location, spacious room, a little bit old style but pleasant; clean; reception & bar staff very helpful; the only suggestion to the Management - not enough number of staff during breakfast; only two people, tables left dirty far too long, food not refilled, no clean glasses or cutlery, that was very disappointing. In relation to food selection, same could be improved, no fresh veggies. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel was wonderful, centrally located and walking distance from the city’s main attractions. The room was comfortably spacious and clean. The best thing about this hotel was by far the staff and service. I woke up sick to my stomach one day and upon a ginger ale request, which they didn’t have, the breakfast bar staff made me a lemon and ginger hot tea. We had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel nice, but had room at rear of hotel and building works going on in building next door, so woken by drilling and hammering at 7:45am, therefore insist on a room at the front of te hotel

I was pleasently surprised at the standard of the hotel, considering the price and the central location, it can absolutely be defined as luxury. I will definately use this hotel again when visiting Brussels. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was varied and filling. The best part was how accommodating and friendly the staff at the front desk were; particularly the night manager, who was so very kind and helpful when my husband left his cellphone in an uber.

Hotel must have been a nice 4* hotel before. Now there are stains on all cushions in the breakfast area, and cigarette burned marks and/or stains on bed cover and carpet. Poor internet speed, TV not working. On the positive side, still has some charm, and is well located. But time for a major refurbishing....
