Perfect saty in Brussels.

Everything! The hosts were amazing! Friendly, welcoming and very responsive. They made us feel very comfortable. The room was also very comfortable, with plenty of room for storage. Super comfy bed. Close to public transportation, either busses or metro to the city center too. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again when we go back😊.

Lovely stay in elegant St Gillis

We really loved the elegant neighbourhood, with art nouveau houses. Museum Horta and Maison Hannon and the green Dudenpark and Park van Vorst close. Compact little room/appartment, good bed and pillows, elegant good bathroom with powerfull shower. Friendly and hospitable hosts, familiar athmosphere, sweet (+naughty) dog. Nice big tv screen, with possibility to watch netflix. Outside space with table and chairs.

The sousterrain appartement unfortunately doesnt have a real view, but that is visible on the photo's.

Excellent stay & would definitely return.

A very clean room with the added benefit of a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker & kettle. The room was very private & nicely decorated. We walked to Grand Place in about 30 minutes but there is also a nearby tram stop if you don’t want to walk. Very nice cafe’s & restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had some visits from the lovely dog which we really enjoyed! Erik was incredibly nice & friendly.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful city

Eric’s property is fantastic and beautifully decorated we had a wonderful time staying here. Eric and Jérémie are so friendly and accommodating and they have a very cute dog! Saint-Gilles is a lovely place to walk around and explore, the train station is a close walk away, as is a supermarket and many bakeries. If we revisit Brussels we’d definitely return! Highly recommended!!

Great value for the price!

The room was super clean, hosts were very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was modern, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the houses from the neighbourhood had very beautiful architecture. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if I'll return to Bruxelles. For the price we paid, it was the best deal we found on Booking + early check-in was allowed. It was not clear enough if the accommodation includes the entire apartment or just o part of the apartment. The accommodation is a separate room which can be accessed after passing through the living room which is part of Eric's house. For those who want to rent an entire apartment, this accommodation does not include the entire apartment/house. Eric and Family are living upstairs and it was nice to meet them so for us not a problem.

Relaxing stay at beautiful house

Beautifully in detail decorated room, with a nice view on the garden, warm welcome and valued privacy. The neighbourhood is beautiful aswell, it was nice taking walks there and all public transport is near, brunch places and the city center too. The doggie is wonderful ❤️

Für ein Wochenendtripp als Pärchen völlig ausreichend und zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegen, man kommt mit der Bahn und dem Bus überall schnell hin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Leider war es in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich, dass man ein kleines Zimmer im Souterrain hat und man quasi im Haus des Gastgebers wohnt. Wir waren der Meinung, dass die Räume, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, zur alleinigen Nutzung gebucht sind. Hinzu kam dass alles sehr hellhörig war. Von der ersten Dusche am Morgen bis zum letzten Toilettengang der Gastgeber. Das war für uns sehr unglücklich, da wir am Wochenende ohne Kinder nicht unbedingt um 7:30 Uhr aufstehen möchten. Leider fehlten diese wichtigen Details in der Anzeige und Buchung.

Hervorragend

Eric und seine Hündin Moon haben uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Man schläft im Untergeschoss, hat aber eine kleine Terrasse mit Gartenzugang. Auch eine kleine Küche (mit Kaffee & vorzüglicher Teeauswahl) und ein eigenes Badezimmer waren dabei. Es war alles sehr modern eingerichtet, ruhig und sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Moon ist wohl erzogen und freut sich jederzeit über eine Streicheleinheit. Falls wir wieder mal hier sind, kommen wir wieder.

Уютные аппартаменты со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания.

Хозяин аппартаментов-очень приятный и гостеприимный человек. Сами аппартаменты расположены в 20минутах ходьбы от вокзала Миди, что очень удобно. Ну и все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Так же рядом находится станция метро и остановки общественного транспорта. Номер чистый. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Не то что не понравилось, просто было не привычно, что дверь в аппартаменты без замка.

On va y retourner un moment!

On a beaucoup aimé le logement, il est très bien situé et on pouvait aller facilement partout soit à pied, soit à tram, bus ou métro. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et ils donnent des très bons conseils. Merci beaucoup
