Everything was great! It was clean, the owner was very friendly, close to the station, great breakfast etc!
The neighbourhood feels a bit scary because of all the people hanging around, especially near the station.

Beautiful apartment. Kind owner/manager helped us with our luggage and provided generous amount of beautiful food for breakfast. The spacious, comfortable apartment is very close to train station Brussels Midi/Zuid.

• The location: only about 1 block from Brussels-Midi train station • The clean, well-equipped apartment with wooden floors • The staff (Artur), a delight to interact with.
• The narrow staircase, which is hard to deal with if you have heavy suitcases (there is no elevator) • The limited choice of bread at breakfast -- would have been great to get baguette and croissants! • The lack of air conditioning in the middle of an unprecedented heat wave -- obviously not the hotel's fault...

Refrigerator was stocked with food and water, which was quite welcome. No air-conditioning, but the windows opened and luckily it was not too warm during my stay. Location had bike rentals close by, making it easy to get to different parts of the city.
Took a while to be let into the apartment—initial communication could have been better. With the windows open, the neighborhood traffic is quite noisy (not the fault of the property, simply commenting on the location).
