Good for more than one night

Location, facilities and size of apartment. Although we had to make your own breakfast, everything was provided

Excellent shower Our host enabled us to leave our luggage so our last day was as good as our first. Very good situation for the railway station and easy walking distance from city centre

Not really a dislike but perhaps a more noticeable sign on the appartment's door would be useful. We missed it at first coming by foot from the station

A four night stay in excellent accommodation.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The close proximity of public transport was a bonus.

I had no problems with the property- the facilities were all of a high standard.

Comfort and convenience.

Our host was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The room was spacious with lots of seating, cupboard and hanging space. Very close to the train station, laundromat, cafes and some restaurants.

For those with mobility issues, the room was up a a steep flight of stairs.

Excellent reception, great facilities, very comfortable bed. It is very close to the Zuid / Midi station, which was very praticle. But the way to the apartment doesnt feel very safe for lone travelers and women. Although nothing bad happened to my stay.

Nice apartment close to Eurostar station.

Well equipped and clean. Comfy bed. Arthur our host was very friendly. The fresh bread rolls he delivered in the morning and very well stocked fridge for breakfast was delicious. Very convenient for train station.

Great place for an overnight stop before an early Eurostar.

Large room and very comfortable bed. Great shower Lovely owner - personally greeted us and explained everything well. Great supply of food in the fridge and fresh rolls and fruit for breakfast left outside the door before 7 am as we had an early Eurostar. Very handy for Brussels midi station.

Slightly scary feeling area to walk through from the station in the dark. Absolutely fine in daylight. We are in our 70s and probably look a bit vulnerable!

Very clean, great facilities, Comfy bed. Everything you could need was there including plentiful breakfast supplied every morning. Arthur was very helpful and always available if needed.

We loved it!

The property is very close to the Midi train station, which is great for us as we were mainly visiting Bruges and Ghent. The city centre is just a 25min walk or 10min subway. Our apartment was amazing, bright and spacious, and very clean. The owner was also very kind, explained all the things quickly and clearly. He'd bring us fresh bread and fruit every morning and our fridge was always stocked with water, cheese and ham so we always had a very nice breakfast!

The stairs were very steep! But I count that as free exercise 😄 The area around the train station is not the prettiest

a perfect day in Brussels

First of all, thank you very much to Authur. He welcomed us from the moment I rang the doorbell, and he helped me carry my luggage to the first floor. And then he explained every detail of how to use the key, how to use the induction, etc. The food he had in the fridge touched my heart. The next morning he brought us fresh bread and fruits to our door, and we had a hearty breakfast this morning. And he kept our luggage until our train time to the Paris. If I ever visit Brussels again, I will definitely book you back.

The location is few steps from the midi station which is great thing.

Close to the place is a bar, bcacuse of which there too many scary people hanging around, which do nothing to you but it just throws you off.

Very Pleasant and joyful one

Artur is super nice, helpful person and he would try his best to fulfill your needs and ensure you got a pleasant stay. Room is pretty spacious and clean, breakfast would be provided in the morning and the portion is very sufficient. It is very convenient for the locations just 3-5 mins walk from Bruxelles MIDI stations.

Very Comfy stay with abit of noise pollution from outside

Kitchen, bed, furniture, storage, spacious. Nice foods included and nice management

The only thing that I didn't like here was that there's a bit of noise pollution that comes from outside, mostly cars, car horns even though their windows are closed and we're on the second floor.

Perfect for short city trip

We stayed only one night, but the host was very forthcoming and arranged for us to get our breakfast a day early as we had to leave at 6am. The flat was clean and the bed was comfy.

It was quite hot in the flat, as it was one of the hottest days of the year. A fan was provided though.

Close to transport, quiet, clean and well appointed.

We were very happy with the stay at Apartment Midi - it is just steps from the train station (and also local trams & buses) so it's very easy to get into the heart of the city if you don't wish to walk. The breakfast provided (for you to make yourself) is very generous, with eggs, cheese, yoghurt, sliced cold meat, milk, coffee & tea, fresh fruit and fresh bread. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Disappointed after reading fantastic reviews.

Close to Midi station. Bright room, large bed, plenty of food in fridge, like cheese, ham, eggs. Probably better for longer stays.

Steep steps, very small bathroom, terrible coffee maker that makes terrible coffee. Didn’t like that we couldn’t go back to the room after our early train was cancelled as we were told to leave the key in the room and the main door locks behind.

Conveniently located near Brussels midi train station. Very comfortable and great breakfast. Artur was also very nice the whole stay. I was able to store my luggage the day I departed

Brussels - a city well worth exploring.

Spacious and very comfortable with excellent facilities. Location good for Brussels Midi train station and Metro. A good 25 minute walk to the centre of the city but an interesting route. Host was welcoming and provided a breakfast and well stocked fridge.

Untrustworthy to get what you reserve.

Unfortunately my review is NOT for this apartment as they moved me to another apartment due to a 'system reservation error' which was TERRIBLE. They did compensate me 20%. The kitchen on the ground floor (I was on the 4th floor) was a fully useable kitchen with dinning area.

With regards to the other apartment they arranged for me due to a 'system reservation error' was TERRIBLE. Half the size of the apartment I reserved with NO kitchen, usable desk, lounge. Cannot recommend due to the unequal value and size of change if they do have another 'system reservation error'.

Nice and comfortable

Property was well maintained and had all we needed. Evenings were busy so it was a bit noisy, however the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was stocked and we got fresh bread every morning .

Great location, easy short walk to the train station, very good host,

Very clean and comfortable, and we were very pleased to have some nice foodstuffs in the frig ( ham, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, milk, etc…) as well as fresh rolls and fresh fruit each morning !.

Only minor issue is that there is a bit of noise from people outside at night, but we just turned on some low music to make it easier to sleep well

The apartment is very nice, clean, large apartment with comfortable beds (2 twins together), small balcony, and stocked refrigerator. The WiFi works well. Very close to the train station. Kind gentleman greets you and shows you the amenities.

I asked about turning on the AC and was informed there’s only a fan. We arrived late in the evening and it was already cooling down; we were only here one night, so it was pleasant; however the temperature in the heat of the day might require an AC. Make sure you have an electric connection that will fit into a recessed outlet.

The location is next to the Brussels Midi station The room was clean The Host was very friendly and welcoming. The fridge was well stocked. He was even helpful with a travel charger and explained the Brussels tourist attractions.

Brussels stay with Arthur

Oh, whow, this place is amazing. Arthur met us when we arrived and showed us our room and how everything worked. (We didn't work out the coffee maker,) The fridge was stuffed with food, and we were able to make supper for ourselves as we were too tired to go out. Clean,modern, comfortable bed TV everything you could wish for. There was even an extra box of food left outside for breakfast! ( we didn't know it was there)! Thank you very much.

A nice stay close to train station and near the city centre

The apartment was quite big, clean and looked good, everything we needed was there. The stairwell was also polite and pleasant, the previous comments about the narrow stairs and no elevator are true and you have to walk several floors to get to the apartment, but we were only with backpacks and it was not a problem. Check-in went quickly, we were even able to do it a little earlier than it is provided in their terms, the owner was already waiting for us, explained everything and left - fast, comfortable and easy. For breakfast, there is everything you need in the fridge, such as cheese, ham, butter, water, milk, eggs. Bread and, of course, Belgian waffles and fruits are brought to the door at 7 in the morning in a box, there is a capsule coffee machine in the apartment, so it is self-service breakfast but it is very convenient. The accommodation is very close to the train station, as well as just a short walk from the city centre. We highly recommend.
