Close to train station, 20 min walk to Grand Place. The host Artur is excellent and very helpful. Beds are comfortable, family supplies of bread, ham, cheese, fruit and yoghurt.
Bathroom is a little small, but the shower is really good.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and there's nothing to complain about—everything is spotless! The breackfast, the bed, the shower, all was perfect!
... Nothing? Maybe it was too short time in Brussels? Nothing really i like it all. I have no complains at all!

Arthur was friendly and welcoming and made sure I knew where everything was, how to use the hob etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was ideal, just up from the station but not right on the main road. The rate included a continental breakfast in the room.

First of all, host of the facility is very kind and informative. Access is easy and rules are simple. Quiet neighbourhood. Very close to the brussels-midi station. Everything you need for a fine breakfast is provided by the host (placed in the fridge daily) and in the mornings fresh bakeries are delivered outside the door.
