Comforrsble beds, nice interior and style, good location, clean room, helpful staff

Amazing bed, breakfast and dinner. Spa is breathtaking and has 2 sauna rooms facing the city. Soundproof could be better if you are sensitive to noise. But with the spa and nice staff I would go back again.

Very Clean room, with an exceptional view. Very friendly staff and loved the amenities of the hot apple tea at the lobby.

Staff was friendly for all department specially reception and cleaning. I got really sick on Sunday but one of the receptionist helped me to find a pharmacy behalf of me as shops are closed on Sunday and he went extra mile to help me and call the pharmacy to check if they open or closed.

Room was spotless, staff was great! Highly recommend!

The hotel had good amenities- the spa was nice, unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed and it is a very noisy part of the city. Between other people walking past talking and the street noise it’s pretty much impossible to stay here without earplugs.

Stop with this pseudo high tech nonsense... Keep true and competent human beings at the reception. Your system doesn't work and is a true waste of time. The bed where I was was far from perfect. Everywhere, the impression that The Hotel is cutting costs (except those of our stays of course)!!! Unpleasant. You have nevertheless been saved, once again by the outstanding kindness and quality of your PEOPLE at the check in (given your system's failure), the cleaning team, the restaurant service etc... You remain my favourite in town but watch the downhill trend..

Room was immaculately clean and spacious. Location was superb. Wish that the bed was harder. Parking was a breeze - love the convenience below the hotel.

Great hotel. Very convenient to get to via Train and so handy to shopping and everything you need.

We enjoyed our room and had a great experience using the hotel spa. We had a not so great experience at the bar. The service was incredibly slow and when we finally got our drinks they brought a white wine when I had ordered a red. Otherwise this was a great location

The Hotel is centrally located. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food in the Iris, exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The place was clean, staff was very nice, the spa made the hotel- that part was amazing and well worth the trip (if you like spas) and it’s complimentary. We did have some issues - I booked a facial and the lady was a message therapist, not a professional esthetician. They did fix the issue. She would have been a fantastic message therapist, but make sure you double confirm your treatment. We had an issue with the shower leaking (had to use serval towels each morning to clean it up), we didn’t tell the hotel, but we told the cleaning lady so she didn’t think we were crazy people and using all of their towels. The lights went out mid- day one day on our floor (it lasted a few hours and we had to wait to get ready (not their fault, but sucked). The keys stopped working a few times and we had to go down to get new keys (little frustrating). They had to move us because we stayed in a room initially right under the gym- people started working out super early and slammed weights down, (not just once or twice) continuously. I do have to say that even with all of these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this hotel. I would suggest a little more attention in the lounge area-people had to wait sometimes for wine and food. The only had a few wine glasses and people had to use a not so good alternative for wine.
