Everything was great and my only complain has nothing to do with the staff but with how thin the floors are. Someone who was above me was walking heavily during my entire stay. They obviously didn't know that you were supposed to walk on the pads of your feet instead of your heels. They woke me up the 3 nights I stayed so that wasn't good. Other than that, my stay was great.

The hotel in Brussels was an amazing place to stay. The room was clean, amazing views. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. I would recommend staying here. I would come back again.
