For those needing to stay close to a train station it’s exactly right.

We were here for 12 hours only so it feels unfair to rate it. Excellent location for anyone taking the Eurostar or getting to and from the airport. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Small thing but even though it’s right opposite Brussels Midi station it is hidden a bit in a courtyard, therefore the entrance isn’t obvious.

The area is so close to the station, and easy to get places, however the minute the evening comes it is a very dangerous place. No reviews really stated this, but I did not feel safe using the station when it became dark or walking to and from the hotel in the evening. Not very organised staff behind reception, we paid for early check in at 12pm and was told by staff that the room wasn’t available until 1pm. After repeating myself multiple times the reception staff member then realised I had pre booked it. Was not very helpful and had attitude after we travelled all night and were tired. Also, the restaurant is closed on the weekends?! How strange.

Very well located, at the exit of Brussels Midi railway station. Staff is very nice and helpful, and rooms are very quiet. Also, the rooms provide necessary equipment to made the stay more enjoyable : a kettle to boil water, an iron to prepare my clothes before meeting my clients and glasses to prepare drinks. Perfect !

A very good option for travellers who need to take the train every day

Great location, one minute to Midi station. The room’s very clean and spacious for travelers with big luggage.

I stayed at the hotel for four days, and from the second day onwards they never replenished the bottled drinking water in my room. Tbh it’s a bit disappointed.

Perfect location right next to the station

Location was ideal right next to the station, even though the entrance was not easy to see. Really good price considering the size of room and convenient spot.

Entrance didn't feel like a Radisson brand hotel. Felt a bit to cheap and uninviting. Disappointed to not have a minibar or refreshments in the room. Better signage outside would help identify the hotel at night, really wasn't clear where to go in.

Very nice & polite staff. Big room. Decently equipped (iron + ironboard, kettle, tea & coffee) + clean. Small gym on 7th floor. Breakfast is basic but okay. Location is good, in front of BXL Midi.

Instructions to the entrance, which is hidden inside another building. Instructions on how to get to the gym (it said 6th floor, but actually it was located on the 7th).

Great Gare du Midi location, walk to the train station even with baggage!

Great location, easy access to Gare du Midi. Far enough from the main road to exclude less desirable people that frequent train station locations from being to close to hotel. Room was great, staff friendly and helpful.

Weekend breakfast could start earlier, I had an early train to catch so a bit rushed.

I was a bit disappointed that I’ve messaged the property in advance that I’d be arriving earlier than check-in time, and that at the day of check-out would be leaving earlier as well, so that I could do early check-in. However seems nobody read or even acknowledged my request. It gave me a feeling since it’s a big hotel chain, guests are just numbers.

It’s not a 4 star hotel

The room was big. There was a small fridge in the room with tea and coffee too.

When we asked they confirmed the kitchen was open at night so we planned our daily accordingly. However, the kitchen was closed so we couldn’t eat there. It was a weekday. Also, the shower was broken and the towels were very old, and small. It isn’t a 4 star hotel. It’s very expensive.

Perfect stay, much recommended!

Very nice staff, easy check-in and my room was really good. I had asked when booking if I could get a more disability friendly bathroom as I have mobility issues and the room I was given was pefect for my needs. Big bedroom, plenty of space which was great as my balance is not good. The bathroom was a wet room, again very good. The location is perfect also for someone like me who travels by train, it is pretty much next door to EuroStar. I didn't book breakfast but I knew that I could still go down and pay for breakfast in the morning, should I want to. The check-out time is good - 12 - so there's an option to stay in bed a bit longer which was much appreciated. All in all, it was a perfect stay and I am looking forward to staying there again! Oh, and there are plenty of shops, bars, eating places just outside the hotel on the same road and even though it is a busy road, my room was nice and quiet during the night.

I have stayed here 4-5 times over the years and it always a great stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, very close to the trainstation which is perfect for me.

Fine for the money you pay, don't expect to much from the gym.

I liked how it was located in the middle of the city and if you would need to go with the train it would be a great place to stay because it is right next to the train station. And when i checked in the man behind the counter was very polite.

The gym is very very small and to basic, almost nothing to train with. Also, the man that checked me out was impolite. The parking in the area is awfull (also a bit my fault because i drive a mini van).

Terrible entrance, poor breakfast, very few fresh fruits or gluten free options. Generally felt very run down. Broken windows at the entrance and down and outs by the front door. No atmosphere. Room was too hot, the aircon had no instructions and wasn’t working.

There was some work being done and it was a bit confusion where you entered but the day we were leaving they had it all sorted as they had a new reception which looked great.

The room was immaculate, super comfortable and spacious, the hotel also is in great location. 2 minutes away from the central train station.

The check in is too late, sometimes you just want to get immediately in but I had to wait a bit before that. The entrance to the hotel is quite tricky because the lobby is inside inside and you have to walk a bit between the actual entrance and the lobby.

Well located opposite Brussels Midi…easy to use as a base to visit Belgium cities. Very spacious recently refurbished room with tea/coffee facilities.

Very limited storage in the room…designed for 1/2 night stays. Our room was on the first floor in a noisy side street…take your earplugs!!

Location is the best if you travel by Eurostar

Completely deferent from the time when I used to stay several times. Very rude and none professional new manager Cedric Lambert. I’m very disappointed with this management and hope admin will consider to move him from that hotel.
