Good one night stay after a concert

Great location if you go to Forest Nationaal. Spacious room and bathroom. Helpful staff.

We were unable to warm up the room, felt quite cold during the night. And unfortunately the AC/heating was noisy, so I was happy to have earplugs with me.

We were traveling to visit family and enjoyed our trip.

Clean, good breakfast, comfortable and well located . The staff were all very friendly. The only criticism is that one of the lifts was out of order.

The lift service was not ideal.

Nice staff but our stay was dissapointing with no Hot water, no AC and strong odor

Staff was friendly though were not helpful with the issues we had with our hotel room

there was no hot water for the shower despite multiple requests everyday to the staff. The cold AC was not working as well. There was a strong odor in the hallways of the 5th floor where we stayed

Nice stay, not bad

My room had a balcony which was nice, the customer service was great. A special thanks to Marc, Oumaima, Rachad and Dulce for Top tier display of professionalism, friendliness and great service!

The breakfast was below average, there was construction around the areas that made moving around a bit more difficult- would have like to be told this beforehand.

Really nice Bathroom great balcony but furniture was wet due to rain days before. Wine was great. Food was good. Staff friendly

Location has no parking once the under ground parking is full. Have to park on the street.

Good location & breakfast was really good.

The staff at reception were really unfriendly, abrupt, particularly on check-in. The room was much smaller than anticipated with a very high bath to step into for the shower. Overpriced for the standard of hotel.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with good size rooms and amenities. Location is a little further out, however there is a tram stop nearby so it is not an issue.

It was an okay stay overall, but I feel it didn't offer good value for the money.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Had an average location with a supermarket conveniently located on the way from the tram. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no kettle or complimentary tea and coffee, only a bottle of water and two Biscoff biscuits. Receptionists weren't very friendly. It was an okay stay overall, but I feel it didn't offer good value for the money.

Air-condition not cold enough. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bar closed on Sunday when we arrived could not get coffee.
