This is a good option if you have a late arrival or early departure to/from Bruxelles Midi, as I did; being able to walk to the Eurostar terminal in six minutes is a great advantage. And the room was very comfortable. But aside from the location I booked here for the kitchenette as I like to self cater. But it’s not properly set up for self catering. I can’t comment on the microwave/grill thing because I didn’t try to use it. The hob was fine once I eventually worked out how to use it - an instruction manual would have been very helpful. But the worst thing was the lack of appropriate kitchen tools: the only sharp knife provided was a serrated bread knife, which is useless for cutting meat or vegetables. And a cooking spoon would have been much appreciated. If you’re marketing self catering facilities you really do need to deliver the tools to do the job.

I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway, train station, grocery stores, and more. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Quite small as a family room with sofa bed, additional bedding in a bag, kitchen has fridge and cooker, very little workspace so could not really do much cooking. Water cooler in reception is excellent.

Nice place with everything you need. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and smart. Excellent breakfast. Close to Midi station so very handy if you come in on Eurostar. However that does mean a bit further out of centre that we'd anticipated. Metro connections reasonably close- 5 minute walk, or about 30 minutes brisk walk all the way to Grand Place. Area a bit run down but does have everything you need close - supermarket etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice size, beds good, location not great. It is close to the train station but did not feel safe and about a 30 min walk to the city centre. We had no TV for our entire 4 night stay after telling them the first night and repeated told them . They did offer another room but had a double bed. No housekeeping. You have to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels.

We enjoyed the room as it was very comfortable in terms of the bed, bathroom and air conditioning. It was very small however and we could not open both of our suitcases at the same time and had to access them on the floor. The wardrobes were a nice size but the wardrobe doors would not open fully as the doors hit up against the bed, so we were unable to use them. The area around the hotel was very dirty and unkept although the hotel itself was clean and lovely. We found it easy to access the railway syation (Brussels Midi) and it was easy also to walk to all the places we wished to visit.

Nice smaller boutique hotel near the Midi/Zuid train station. My room was very comfortable and security good as a solo female traveller. The breakfast (extra) was delicious with granola, breads and pastries, charcuterie. The tech is nice to as I was able to cast a show I was waiting to see from my phone to the television. The only downside is that it is a 25-30 minute walk through some construction zones to the historic center of town. However, this is probably why it's more affordable. Uber if you dont want to walk.

It was amazing! The people at the front desk were so friendly! They provided us with food / destination recommendations and we loved them all. I will say though, the area in the opposite direction of the station seemed to be a little off the beaten path (if you know what I mean). And as people who didn’t know the language, this was kind of dangerous as in my brothers necklace was almost stolen. BUT I loved the hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
