Close to the station and great receptionist!

Ended up fighting with 800 other Eurostar passengers that had just been ejected into Brussels due to a train cancellation. Reception queue was out the door - but the guy on reception handled it calmly and sensibly in a situation that could have escalated. Didn't get his name, but he was superb.

The rooms do not have a space to swing a cat (swinging cats is also frowned upon in some countries). But two beds, clean linen, clean toilet and shower with the eseentials you need for an unplanned overnight stop.

Stay was ok.

Breakfast was ok, very basic if that, so had to go out for breakfast for one day as we found the hotel breakfast very basic. Location was good everything was not to far and was close to the train station.

Ideal Location For Eurostar

Friendly staff, clean rooms and a complimentary hot drinks area which was superb. Also a bonus was a locker for you to leave your luggage if you have a later travel departure.

Very noisy outside during the evening and early hours with traffic and people.

Convenient location and friendly usefully staff

Good location close to where our bus from maastricht drooped us off. Accom was close to train station however we just walked everywhere. The coffee and hot chocolate at reception was great and the staff friendly. Handy to have luggage storage for free as our flight left late in day Appreciated another comment about leaving tag on door yhat room didn't need servicing thus getting 5 euro credit which got us a leffe beer

Even with Windows closed a lot of street noise overnight. We were on 2nd floor. Area and streets around were quite dirty with rubbish stacked up but that seems to be a thing all over brussels

Great stopover hotel

It's a great location for access to Brussel's Midi. We used it for one night to catch our early train the following day. the city centre can be reach by tram very easily.

The room was small but ok for our needs. I would want a bigger room if I was staying for more than one night.

Great location

The location is very convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the station. The room was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, with a 24/7 front desk. There are two coffee machines available in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The room is a bit small, so opening a suitcase can be slightly inconvenient. Also, there's no electric kettle in the room.

Good location, tiny rooms but quite clean.

Close to the Gare di Midi, which we needed for an early Eurostar start. Check-in staff helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc.

Rooms were quite tiny, but that was expected for the price. Minimal storage space, but we were only there a single night due to a forced stopover in Brussels (french air traffic control strike). Breakfast was expensive, so we didn't bother.

Wonderful would stay there again

Very good location outside the train station and tram links to the city, room was nice and clean and hotel lobby area was nice. Check out is 12pm very generous and we left our cases in the lobby for free in their lockers also free tea and coffee provided!!

Hard beds and warm rooms.

The staff was helpful, close to the train and metro station. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy but had no issues at all.

The beds were really hard and the rooms were hot. The entire hotel felt warm. We had two different rooms and the beds and heat was the same. The rooms were really small. They gave us a fan but it still felt hot.

Awesome, new, clean - worth it!

Everything was very clean. Mattress was very comfortable, clean and new. Satff was awesome. You can have all kinds off coffees and corissant for free. Also, everything was very new.

The shower area is half open, so it splashs water to the rest of the bathroom. Not a problem, but it could be better..

Very poor told no room sent elsewhere

We didn’t actually get to stay at the hotel they said they were full and sent us by taxi to another hotel which was very annoying as we had chosen a hotel by the station due to an ongoing train journey the next morning. We also heard them do this to another couple and when we arrived at the other hotel them said this happened often!

OK if you need a quick overnight stop near Brussels Midi

Clean and convenient for Brussels Midi station

It was expensive for what it was. My room was in the basement looking on to a light well which they generously called a “garden room”. It was very small with barely enough room to walk round the bed. The shower worked but was poorly maintained. The area around Brussels Midi station is not attractive or pleasant.

Hotel BnB was an ok hotel to stay, with a few drawbacks and a bit overpriced.

The hotel was clean and all members of staff were really friendly and helpful. Located near to the station.

There are no drink facilities in the rooms. There is a single machine and water machine in reception on the ground floor and guests have to help themselves. Breakfast options are very limited and there is no toaster if you want to toast bread. For vegans there is nothing but 3 types of cereal and 1 bread roll. So many vegan options to eat out in the city. The door to the bathroom in the bedroom was so heavy that it slammed so hard every time someone used it. The size of the room was quite small and not a lot of space to move around. We felt that we did not receive value for money and the price we paid was quite expensive.

Good stay for a work week in Brussels

Friendly staff and a hotel with good cleanliness, in addition to being an example of sustainability. I strong recommend to "help the planet" idea to reward the clients not asking for cleaning and educating people to save waterCongratulations. I loved the self-service drink machine too.

The bathroom door was always opening and getting in the way. The room is not big—it’s okay for one person, but the small space becomes inconvenient with a problematic door. Also, the hair dryer didn’t work well. I always bring my own, so I recommend you do the same if you stay there

Had an amazing stay

The personal was absolutely amazing and really friendly. Also the place was perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to the train station.

The shower had no door and the shower head was dripping. But beside that everything was perfect.

Very close to the station where Eurostar pulls into, also can access the trains from this station to go to Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. Has luggage lockers for early arrivals and late checkouts which is handy.

Great option for a long weekend - clean and modern

Very clean, bright and modern, with several facilities onsite - reception, breakfast and bar, lockers. Despite facing a busy road, rooms well insulated from noise.

I didn’t dislike anything but be aware that room can be quite small and the area, despite being very convenient for transport (if you are coming with Eurostar or if you are planning trips to Bruges or Ghent, the station is a 5 walk away) is a bit rough
