    Just a 4/5mins walk from Eurostars Gare du midi train station which i arrived at from London. The staffs are very helpful, shoutout to them all, both day and night staffs, keep up the good work....Free coffee, teas and free water from a machine down in their reception. I booked a standard double room for two but my friend got stranded in London due to work, so space was okay for just myself but for two, i definitely would have had to request for another spacious room, you need to make your rooms more spacious even if it's just for one. Bathroom was alright but why do hotel these days have bathrooms or showers with just half glass? All the bath water just pours outside the showers and i don't really like that, also more work for the cleaners to do, mopping up people's bath water and the bathroom didn't even have a fan to fend steam off. Not to scare you off, hotel was alright for 3 nights, comfortable, air-conditioned, lots of Restaurants around, 5 mins walk to train station where i caught the train to Antwerp on my 3rd day, just an hour by train from Brussels, no noise, it was quiet in my room, please put more English channels on the televisions, not everyone understand dutch or french. Also, look into the prices of your breakfast which i didn't participate it, 18 euros for one per dy for breakfast is a lot....I would recommend this hotel

    Stayed in January during below-zero temperatures and there was **no** hot water in the room for the entire first night, which is completely unacceptable in winter conditions. When this was reported to staff, they only replied “sorry” in a very insincere way and promised it would be fixed within an hour, but nothing was actually done and the problem continued. This left us unable to shower or wash properly after travelling, and raised obvious health and safety concerns given the outside temperature. When attempting to seek help through Agoda, including asking about compensation or a refund, the hotel manager ignored Agoda’s attempts to contact them and tried to push away all responsibility. Because the manager refused to cooperate, Agoda was also unable to take any effective action to resolve our immediate needs, which made the whole situation even more stressful. Overall, the lack of hot water, the false promises from staff, and the refusal of management to engage with Agoda show that this property does not care about guest welfare or basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here.
