Close to Eurostar station as well as underground. Rooms small, lodge feel. Not value for money

Breakfast very basic and cold food left out - if you are on a budget and with kids maybe can have this for a day but wouldn’t reccomend.

More on offer as said as buffet but not much food to choose from.

The staff is unfriendly and unpleasant. Pillows are sofa pillows in a bed pillow cover. At 7am when i wanted to come back to my room, my friends and i had to stay out for 15 mins before someone could open in for us. Wasted my money.

Good budget hotel near station and city

Friendly staff and very close to the train station. It was also only a 20 minute walk into the Grand Place ( main market). There are lots of shops close by on the way into town. The family room was a good size and well equipped.

There are works for an upgraded tramline outside and this means that many of the shops on the street have closed while the works take place. This is not the hotels fault and as soon as you get away from the works the shops are all open.

Fulfilled my needs.

I wanted to stay in a basic hotel near the gare du Midi and that is what this hotel provided. Also they were happy to show me somewhere safe to leave my bike.

Good choice for a short stay

My flight was delayed until the following evening, so instead of waiting around the airport, I decided to return to Brussels. I chose the Midi-Zuid Hotel for its convenient location—it's close to the Midi station and also within walking distance of the city center (around 15 minutes on foot). The staff is very kind

Even if the AC is present in all the rooms (probably), it is out of order, probably because of the cost. A fan is provided instead. In summer, this is surely an inconvenience. A new metro line/station is being built in the area, so be prepared to encounter a lot of construction, but this has nothing to do with the hotel, in fact.

very attentive people at the reception, friendly, attentive, the room, the room is big, the bed is incredibly comfortable and you can regulate the heat in the room, which is very rare in Europe, at night the room was really warm, before that we stayed in a hotel twice as expensive and it was terrible, the room was very cold and so we changed the hotel and were amazingly surprised

Good accommodation with helpful staff in a fairly low-grade area near Midi-Zuid train station

A well maintained mid-range hotel about ten-minute walk from the main Brussels Midi-Zuid station. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a lift and the room had a good fridge that was helpful. Very comfortable double bed and the window to the garden area at the rear meant the room was quiet throughout the nights. Very good wifi to which connection and necessary reconnection were easy. Table and chair enabled easy computer use. Public transport access can be purchased with a normal credit card - super easy.

There are some dodgy characters in the area but that is typical of many central station areas and requires you to be careful and sensible. Dim lighting in the room. Massive renovations to streets outside makes area ugly and dirty. Few large supermarkets in the vicinity. Carrefour Express at the station is the best available in the area.

Walking distance to the old centre of Brussels and walking distance from the Brussels Midi Station. Comfortable and clean. Elevator, Good buffet breakfast on site

Strategically located hotel in Brussels!

The hotel was very near the train station. There were shops nearby. From the hotel it was easy to walk to the city center. The staff was able to lend me an iron. My room was spacious for 1 person. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a shower room inside my room.

A construction in front. I wish they finished it as fast as possible. Small alleys going to the room.

The room had NO window with natural light, the only window opened to an internal maintenance duct. Therefore not recommended for a long stay.

Late check out is not working for them, even if you send emails several times. They will charge you extra day. Automatic machine response emails only. So, not reliable if you need a late checkout. Otherwise the best hotel in the MIDI area.

I liked nothing, I had to run away and find another place. Room dirty from previous guests, heavy smell of sewage inside the room, door lock broken with no possibility to close the door. It cannot be a 3 stars hotel, please send inspectors

The room was perfect and really comfortable. Nice greenery view. The hotel receptionist was really nice upon arrival .

Location to Brussels midi-zuid is only 5 minutes walk. Best suggestion is to walk out of Brussels midi-zuid station and head north east up along Esp. de l’Europe and approach the hotel from the east. The room was a pleasant surprise and really nice.

Google map directions brought us walking from the west along Bd Jamar passed some unsavoury characters of 2 young men harassing another couple walking in front of us. There was a construction zone in front of the hotel.

Fairly old hotel. The hair dryer is 50 years old and it didn't work. The washbasin is old with holes in the enamel. Dirty radiator. Dust. The room(s?) needs refurbishment and renovation of everything. Its price cannot be 70 euros per night. Clothes hangers were attached to the closet so that no one could steal them. I see this for the first time.

the location is very convenient right next to Brussels midi, the beds are very comfy and the room was warm, the shower was strong and hot, the staff members are very friendly, helpful and welcoming, early breakfast starting at 7.30 the curtains make your room dark at any time of the day if needed
