Room new equiped Spacious shower

During the night there was a loud noise from the heating system or the air condition twice (bum-bum-bum) Got a lot of mails (including imposing a fine of 50€ for lost key card). The only two pieces of information I needed were how to access the apartment and a proper, itemized invoice — the access data came after I tried for 20 Minutes how to enter the flat, for the invoice I'm still waiting

Not impressed at all

First of all there was a mistake with our booking even though our fee had been debited, but we were then told that the property was unavailable but they would hold another one nearby for us. We had to accept that as we were already at the airport. So we were sent to Pl. Bara 3,1070 Anderlecht, which was not nearby and though it was convenient to Central Station it was in a very low class and rather dangerous area. Our taxi driver was surprised we were staying in this area and he warned us to be careful.Whilst waiting outside the property for the manager at 9.15 am we were approached by two young men who tried to snatch a handcarry bag. Luckily we managed to chase them off. This incident was very upsetting and spoilt our stay.

An excellent base if travelling by train for a few days in Brussels

Very well designed space , very spacious room and bathroom area. Nice common area too with coffee / tea facilities and a few cakes 😊 Wi-Fi very good and good communications about access etc

Location is in the ‘scruffier’ area of the city, but is very convenient (5 mins) for MIDI station. About 20 mins walk to the Grande Place

Lovely

This was a cool place to stay. The little hidden gems of classy artwork and the lift to the upper floor always made me smile. The huge sofa in the room was so comfortable. The location was a five minute walk from the Eurostar and I loved walking around the neighbourhood.

Excellent location for trains and modernised rooms.

Location to Brussels Zuid Midi Station and metro, great for accessing train for day trips. A few doors away from Cantillon Brewery, produced of historic Belgian Lambic beer.

Individual rooms are well set up and furnished as subunits, though is a subdivided house with common kitchen/living area, the lofts might be enjoyed by younger travellers, but less likely families or those not expecting a shared space.

High Risk Area

Property was clean & well equipped. Think modern industrial conversion probably more suited to younger travellers subject to safety issues highlighted below.

Property is in a dangerous area. We were assaulted & robbed on the bend at the bottom of the street on which the property is situated, in broad daylight. Police have been involved. They told us that there was a rising tide of serious crime in the district, some of which is associated with a nearby hotel being used as a migrants hostel. No property representative on site. For the avoidance of doubt we are older & experienced international travellers.

A safe and relaxing place to stay and to meet fellow travellers.

Only receiving the entry code on the day made for some unnecessary stress job arrival at the venue. Once we became familiar with the neighbourhood we were comfortable about the location. There were issues with the TV in the room. The provision of coffee capsules and machine was welcomed. Wardrobe space and shelves were good so we could feel "at home". The security of the complex was very good.

Convenient to the Midi-Zuid Station

I really liked housekeeping. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location was close to the Midi-Zuid Station. So that was great. The actual area location was under alot of construction. And you should be careful walking around at night. Especially by yourself. But very convenient. And the room n bed were very comfortable. Loved the shower too!

There wasnt really anything I didnt like! But if i had to say, the room got really hot in the late afternoon as the sun was setting on that side. And the Air conditioning couldve been a little cooler. But it cooled off latee in the evening. And all was well.

It is abnormal stay 3 days in the cold room

The apartment was interesting and atmospheric, the support chat worked very quickly, very politely. But, unfortunately, there were a few things that negatively affected our mood. 1) we did not receive the key to the room, as it was said, we had to write to the support chat and wait for this key to be brought to us (a little surprised after a long flight; 2) the light and all the sockets in the bathroom did not work. In the support chat we were told to turn on some additional switches near the elevator, but they did not work either, and accordingly we were without light for about two days and nights (we could not use the bathroom, because it was dark there). The next day (on the third day) with our permission, the masters came and fixed the light and sockets (but the light on the mirrors still did not work), but they did it very unprofessionally, because our toothbrushes were in a different place, some personal items were taken out of the box, and they also knocked over a jar of facial serum and half of it spilled out. I consider this attitude towards personal belongings unacceptable. 3) There was also a problem with the air conditioner and radiator. We were there for 6 nights and 3 nights it was cold and the support table does not help us with that. So I can say that all these situations made a negative impression.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, would definitely book again

We enjoyed the spaciousness and location of this room. Very close to the train and walkable to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful and met us at the scheduled time. The bathroom was spacious, but a shared bathroom with the room next door, fortunately no-one was booked there. The room is well appointed and the lobby/common/kitchen area was lovely with drinks, snacks and an outdoor courtyard. Would definitely book again.

We did enjoy the convenience and cleanliness of this place.

It was very clean and they put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed for convenience. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and drinks. It was within walking distance to the train station so that made it easy to go to other destinations such as Ghent, Bruges and the airport.

We felt the area it was located in was not the nicest neighborhood. The neighborhood was dirty.

Spacious and quiet room for a good night sleep.

The room was great. Host provided snacks and drinks. We had access to a large open space which included a kitchen and living room. Room was fashionably decorated and the bathroom was like a spa.

While the location was very close to the train station, it was in an area that dirty and on the outskirts of the main tourist area and maybe even the main residential area. It took too long for us to walk into town as we had to wait to be met and could not leave our bags anywhere.

This is a must-stay if you are ever in Brussels.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was full of natural light with electric blinds for sleepy time. The service was very good. They would leave little treats for us everyday. My only issue was upon arrival, not knowing which building to ring was a little frustrating. They more than compensated for that with a stocked refrigerator and assistance taking bags to your room.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. I just have a word of caution. If you have limited mobility, notify them upon booking. There is an elevator, but you must go up 2 steep flights of stairs to get to the top floor. The 2nd floor is just as nice but without the skylight.

Located just 5 minutes from Bruxelles Midi Train station. The owner was delightful and even had water and drinks in the refrigerator plus some snacks for us for free! We stayed in the Pop Art room and our room was really quiet and very spacious! I would stay here again!

Superb

Lovely rooms, and great decorations. The rooms have A/C, and there is water in the kitchen which really saved us with the hot weather. Big and comfy bed, and they provided us with separate blankets. The room has high ceilings with skylights that can be closed, so also feels very big. Great bathroom and shower.

As others have mentioned, it's not the nicest neighborhood, but it's close to the train station, so easy to get to most places in the city. Check-in is by appointment.

Great location near the train station. Easy walk to to restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable .We stayed overnight before catching the Eurostar.
