Worst place ever , wouldn’t ever go back.

The apartment was okay but without the facilities mentioned, some of them were missing as one of them was hair dryer.

There was no parking around, when i booked the hotel through booking.com i been told its a private parking, but there wasn’t one and been told by hotel staff its for 25€ one night parking nearby in a garage. Also everyone outside was druggies all over on the street been told upon asking several persons this area isn’t safe and we felt the same, not a family place to live and walk around, worst place ever. Also upon arrival been asked to deposit 100€ for nothing, and i believe its all unfair and totally violated the policies of booking.com as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

Pleasant stay

We booked the room last minute due a cancelled flight. We were just looking for a room to spend the night and we found a really comfortable, big room. The room was equipped with a kitchen. Everything was very clean! The location is also good. There are several restaurants around the house and Midi station is few minutes away.

Stone throw away from eurostar brussel terminal, spacious room, nice bathroom and basic kitchen

Neighbourhood not feeling save. Make sure to get your deposit back before checkout, office not open until 10am, if you need to catch a morning train, good luck to getting back your deposit😢

Close to everything

Wish hair dryers were in room on arrival. I couldn’t dry my hair before we went out because office was closed and I couldn’t get dryer. I was able to get next day.

the kitchen was fully equipped, the heating worked well, and there was always hot water ...

The apartment had an unpleasant smell upon arrival,The mattresses were not comfortable. However, my deposit was not returned even though I left the room clean and in good condition. I expected better communication regarding this

Clean and bright, with good kitchenette, overall good value and easy 8-10 min walk from Midi train and then maybe 20 min walk into centre.

Toilet as could not put paper in it but into a bin beside.

Good ApartHotel, for a little getaway

The hotel, room was good. Big size fridge and lots of space. Staff members are very friendly and helpful Cleaners are polite and kind. Situated very close to Midi Station so easy access to many local amenities.

Rough area, thieves and homeless people do break into cars especially foreign vehicles. Best thing to do is either not to drive there or if driving please BOOK the hotel car park and pay for your peace of mind.

Nice short stay in Brussels

Space was perfect for our family of 4 for a short break. Really handy that the kitchen was separate and the windows opened fully. The owner was kind and stored our bags after checkout for later collection. Nice to have teas , coffees and milk for arrival. Really handy for Bara Midi train station.

It was shame the balcony was just decorative. We didn't stay during a particularly hot spell and the apartment was very warm. We couldn't leave the windows open as far too noisy outside, very quiet though when shut. About a 20 min walk in, so as expected, but not a particularly nice area to walk through...of course this reflects in the reasonable price. Had difficulty with the oven, but this was quickly resolved.

Worst experience; definitely not worth the money spent on this stay.

Had to spend entire day and night without a fan. We found out later that ceiling fans were operated by a remote. We were not given any remote at check in. No one was available on desk after check-in to help us with this problem or any other problem. The main bathroom does not have a commode. Half bathroom has a commode but no water sink. Lock of half bathroom does not work.

Bad location, small apartment

There was proper kitchen

The location was awful. Out of the 4 nights we stayed there a fight broke out on streets for 2 nights. Later we found out that the area nearby is infamously because a lot of drug addict lives there. Construction is going on around the area and it is hard to navigate during the day as well. When we checked in hotel guy didn't give us remote for fan and it was very hot day. During check out he charged us 5 euros to keep luggage near his office. Being charged on every stage in hotel.

Great apartment

The property was very clean, comfortable and convenient to Brussels Rail Station. We were provided with an exceptionally large apartment and appreciated the space.

If you can get past the littered streets, the apartment is a great respite.

Location next to Garu de Midi All groceries at next door or at walking distance Everything you need in an apartment for a family of 2 adult and a child Host is good. Allowed early checkin . Must recommended stay near the midi station and at convenience of everything

The nearest stop for tootbus tour for Brussel is around 20 min walk The security deposit at booking.com says 86Euro while we have to deposit 100 Euro after we reached property. It takes around a day to come back to your account after you have checked out

Nice and comfy family room close to Gare du Midi and metro. Can easily walk to city center in 15 mins.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff courteous and helpful (even if my French is not that good!!)

More downtown so a bit noisy, but it was easy access to the train station and half hour walk to downtown Brussels.

Clean, good value for money. Readiness of owners to help - our flight was seriously late and we arrived after 1AM - missed the allowed check-in time according to policy - but someone wait as there and allowed to check in.

Very limiting check-in rules - if you come late, you pay an additional fee - no option for self-checkin.

Rather intense decor. Would have preferred something more neutral. Also the beds overpowered the living area. No need for a four post bed and as it was only me staying they could have put a cover /cushions over the other bed that I did not need ( was not advertised). Location was close to the station but rather scruffy. No advice given about nice places to shop or eat etc.
