The property is way more equipped than i expected. The location is so good, tha tram station is available in 1 minute and you can go to the city in 10-15 minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tha host answered my question quickly. There was a fan in the room what cooled down the room. Affordable stay in Belgium, I would recommend:)
the stairs. i was prepared, because i read other’s comments but for the first time it was difficult to climb. after that i used to climb and had fun.
The fan was a little strong for me, at the night i was cold, but if i turned off i didn’t had any air. there was no middle way to have a good temperature in the room.

Comfortable attic room, competitively priced for central Brussels
Be advised it's an attic room. Steep narrow staircase for access. Don't bring big heavy or awkward luggage

Cozy space on top of a family house.
Clean and over all comfortable.
I loved the coffee machine.
Communication was a bit difficult.
The access to the room was not so easy.
The internet connection wasn't great.
There is some work on the street, but I guess it's temporary.
