Bedrooms fully equipped in a beautiful house

I was pleased to find that the room was both clean and pleasant.

Regrettably, the room did not include the amenities that were advertised. It appears that this room might have been recently added to the listings, but was not ready. I suggest verifying its preparedness before making a reservation. It's worth noting that the property is addressing the situation by providing a partial refund of the rate. I suggest that the property consider being available on WhatsApp, which would facilitate smoother communication for international travellers. It took us a couple of hours to establish contact since there was no key in the lockbox. Any response to email was generally around 1.30am.

It was as shown on the pictures, clean and cozy. Very good location.

The only major negative thing was the double bed. It was so deformed in the middle (central middle part was ca 5-7cm lower than the edges) that is was difficult to sleep on it. One should change the mattress.

Luxury place completely renovated

The shower doesn't have privacy (a sliding door or a curtain would easily solve this) and the toilet handle is broken. Also it would be good to have a toilet paper holder cause they get wet when washing your hands in the sink.

A refurbished place with a big bed, bunk beds and a modern bathroom. I think the offer of this place is more directed to families or people that are very close, as it is a very small space.

The bathroom with the shower DOESN'T have a door, it is directly communicated to the bedroom, so if you travel with friends, as in as our case, you need to leave the whole apartment. The whole apartment consists of the main bedroom with the big bed and a little door connecting to the bunk beds where there is also the toilet; this makes that if you want to go to the toilette at night, you need to cross the 'mini bedroom' with the bunk beds. The bathroom area with the sinks and the shower is connected to the main area with a hole in the wall, no doors, no curtains, nothing.

Everything was clean and the place was big enough for us.

Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean apartment close to Châtelain area (one of the best in Brussels - but very close to public transport as well). Very easy going remote check-in available, you just got sent a door code. A Nespresso machine, a small fridge and a kettle are also available. As a frequent traveler to Brussels: Amazing value for money!!!

For a single traveler, a couple or a young family perfectly fine - but as the place caters for 4 people (regular double bed plus a two-storey bunk bed) it might be an issue that the bathroom has no door and is facing the double bed (no privacy at all). What also might be annoying for a group of 4 people is that you have to pass the bedroom with the bunk beds in order to access the toilet.

Location is super, a lot of restaurants around, easy access to public transport

No lift and very narrow staircase. Very difficult to carry big and heavy luggage to the 1+ floor

Mooie royale kamer, voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijk bed! Vlakbij tramhalte, zonder er hinder van te hebben. Rustige straat, voor de deur parkeren kan maar P-Louiza om de hoek, evenals de verse bakker... Met deurcode en sleutel-kastje verkrijg je toegang tot de schone kamer.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Austattung. Die Heizung und Betten. Heißes Wasser.

Das Personal Team war äußerst unhöflich und zeigte 0 Empathie in einer schlechten Situation. Zahlreiche Anrufe wurden ignoriert. Der Eintritt des Gebäudes war kompliziert mit dem Code und das Gebäude zu finden war sehr schwer.

Das es nah in der Innenstadt ist und das man garnicht weit laufen muss um essen zu gehen !

Das man kein kostenloses Parkplatz hat .

El barrio es muy tranquilo. Es un apartamento bastante nuevo y funcional.

Tiene algo de humedad al ser un sótano. Las escaleras son muy estrechas y empinadas lo que puede ser una dificultad para algunas personas.

La ubicación excelente, la habitación muy limpia, bonita y cuidada. La facilidad para check in y check out. Parada de Tram a 100m.

Ficamos presos no prédio,sem conseguir acessar a rua .Alguém bloqueou a porta de saída ,e não tínhamos a chave da porta principal.ligamos e enviamos mensagem aos números deixados ,e não fomos respondidos .só conseguimos sair porq um vizinho chegou ..e tinha a chave .Eu e meu esposo ficamos nervosos ,porq não tínhamos comida e água no apartamento..isso demorou três horas.

Considerando il tempo di soggiorno siamo stati obbligati a comprare “cose per igiene personale” . Ti chiedono di fare e buttare l’immondizia.

Aucune intimité dans la salle de bains qui est complètement ouverte sur la chambre. Aucun support pour les serviettes de bain qu'on ne peut poser nulle part Installer des lampes de chevet aux lits superposés Installer un guéridon pour pouvoir poser des affaires car la desserte est occupée par la TV et le matériel de cuisine La couette du grand lit n'est pas adaptée à la taille du lit, lequel est démesurément grand pour une pièce de cette taille et empêche tout autre mobilier (guéridon par exemple) Il n'était pas précisé que la location était au deuxième étage.

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento no encontrábamos la dirección del apartamento. Llamamos a los números de contacto y nadie respondió. Al rato recibí un SMS de una persona diciendo que ya no trabajaba para ellos y que me pusiera en contacto con otra persona. Tras intentar varias veces ponernos en contacto, logramos comunicarnos y en ese momento nos envió vía chat las claves de acceso a todas las instalaciones. Lo pasamos bastante mal, ya que nadie se comunicaba con nosotras y llegamos a pensar que nos habían estafado con el alojamiento. En la descripción ponía que la habitación tenía vistas de la ciudad, estuvimos en EL SÓTANO (planta -1). Hicimos la reserva de una “suite” y poco tenía de parecido. La ducha no tiene puerta, así que te pueden ver desde la cama. Encontramos algún bicho y las almohada sucia. En el lavabo no hay jabón de manos y solo había un rollo de papel higiénico (nos faltó y tuvimos que comprar). Por la noche pasamos un poco de frío, el termostato no se puede regular, ya que en las normas del apartamento indica que debe estar a 18 grados siempre. Si pensáis hacer turismo en el centro, NO ESTÁ BIEN UBICADO, la gran place está a 39 minutos andando (cuesta abajo, luego hay que subir todo). Si solo venís para una noche porque estáis de paso y vuestra intención no es hacer turismo es ideal, sino no es las mejores opciones.

Dat je geen personeel zag. Als je vragen had kon je niemand spreken. Op de kamer was geen magnetron. Ik heb een baby was moeilijk om voeding op te warmen en ik wist niet waar je luiers en anders soort vuil moest weggooien

La colazione non era inclusa. Situato in un quartiere tranquillo ben servito dai tram, 15 minuti dal centro. Camera pulita e moderna con letti molto confortevoli.

La presenza di qualcuno dello staff per accedere alla stanza, non tutti sono riescono a destreggiarsi con codici per aprire la porta e per trovare le chiavi della camera. In estate in camera è caldo

Licht op tweede verdiep in gang gaat niet, waardoor je in het donker de deur moet proberen open doen en naar beneden beginnen gaan. Tv werkt niet Geluid van de straat klinkt erg door langs de ramen. Geen verduistering in de badkamer.
