The design and location were great. Also excellent pre stay communication. Lovely bed linen. The kitchen w free coffee was also a thoughtful touch
After my partners shower I couldn’t get any hot water so was unable to get a morning shower.

Very clean; close to train station and center; Nice decor; easy access; spacious room but lacked seating; shower was good too
NO elevator and we were on 3rd floor with an additional floor in the room separating the toilet from the beds- (a bit hard with heavy suitcases); also lighting needed to stay on so we wouldn't fall down stairs at night - need a night light! Also could use a chair or two-

The decor was really nice and unique. The room was a good size.
Definitely not soundproof. You could hear people from outside the building, corridors and ceiling. It was advertised as soundproof but it was clearly not. Flat screen really small and not working.
