Weekend in Brussels.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. 24 hr free coffee & filtered drinking water.

The word "Central" in the hotel title led me to believe this hotel was "Central". It was a 10 minute taxi ride to where in my opinion the city centre is (train station & main tourist attractions). Uber/Bolt was £7 - £10. This did not spoil my weekend break.

• It was close to public transport stops. • Comfortable, spacious room - clean and nice. • Good bathroom. • On my first day, Maciej was very helpful with check-in.

• A major issue - sound isolation in the room is nonexistent.

It was good but not smooth

We liked it one room was perfect with tv working and everything in it

Second room the door was broken , tv wasn’t working the WiFi was not working in that room (while it was the hotel WiFi… strange)

A comfortable stay in a great location — I would definitely return

Very nice hotel in a beautiful district of Brussels. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel is well connected to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back.

Great

The location of the hotel was very good. You can reach touristic places by walking for 15-20 minutes. The tram also passes in front of the hotel. The hotel was clean. There was breakfast but I can't comment on it since we didn't eat it. There is a water dispenser and coffee machine that can be used 24 hours a day for free. They have a room where you can leave your luggage. In general, it is a good hotel in terms of price and performance.

There could have been hotel slippers in the rooms. You have to struggle to get in through the revolving door at the hotel entrance.

Nice neighborhood, helpful staff, terrible sleeping sofa

The location is a bit far away from center but in a nice neighborhood with nice cafes and restaurants The staff is friendly The underground parking is handy for the people traveling by car, 19 euros per night. The tram stop is literally in front of the hotel

The bed in 2+1 rooms is not a bed but a sleeping bank and the comfort is beyond terrible, you sleep on a sleeping sofa which has V shape, killer for your body. The entry to the hotel is an adventure, that revolving door, working with some button or magnetic should be changed immediately. Very limited space for the parking, i think they have around 10.

Perfect stay for the money

The location was superb - walking distance to everything or lots of transport around. It was clean and the room had everything we needed, even a microwave. Aircon worked perfectly.

The street could be a bit loud in the night, but as a good sleeper, it was not an issue for me.

it was average good for two days stay not more the reception was friendly and helpful fast check in & out

the parking it felt like i am entering a grave🤣 its so tight! no body to take the luggage no tissue box in room or water but you can drink tap water so its fine the noise from the streets and tram small rooms

Great for a short stay

Amazing location, lime scooters everywhere. It’s wonderful what Ibis Styles do with small spaces. Breakfast definitely exceeded expectations considering how small the space was - yoghurt, fresh fruit and veggies, different types of eggs, ham and cheese, different types of bread, even the waffle maker. Coffee and tea available 24/7

The property is very clean, well -equipped, elevator works greatly, location is perfect, close to tram and metro, staff is very polite and friendly, taking care of their customers with great empathy

Very good

The Hotel was in great location. Near to all transport facilities and tourist attractions. There was a tram stop right outside the hotel, which took you to all major attractions. We even walked through most of them one day!! Lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel was decent. The double room had a microwave snd fridge. Although we didn't use it. The breakfast was good, and hot drinks available throughout the day. We were allowed to leave our bag in reception room for couple if hours. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were no English channels to watch.

The room was quiet and spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable. Cushions of different softness available. The staff friendly. Very good breakfast. I especially appreciate 24 hours availability of hot drinks.

The windows could be better insulated, both in the terms of sound and cold.
