Terrible. A last minute booking as it was the only available room near the train station where we had to spend the night

Room stank of cigarette smoke Bathroom basic, no shower enclosure, no soap Furniture old and tatty. Wooden flooring broken. Electrical fittings missing and/or dangerous. Definitely hit two star.

Not happy with hotel

Nothing, maybe the bed.

There was nothing in the room. Had to ask for towels and a glass for water. Had to unplug TV. Wouldn't go off on its own. Had to use the soap from the tub to wash hands. Plus the whole place had a funky smell.

expensive for what it is (last minute price i guess) and big red flag: bedbugs

it was near to the station and it was probably the only one left- we had to find accommodation for the night because Belgium had severe train delays that caused us to miss our second train back to London. It was unfortunately also comic con night and most places were fully booked.

BEDBUGS. I was their feed for the night. There was also a strange stench, but bearable.

Very close to gate do midi station. Price was low.

Bathroom tile grout was black moldy. Needs a vigorous cleaning. I didn't use the shower because it was so black.

bed linen obviously not been changed, washed, bed bugs crawling in the bed and I woke up bites all over body. unable to get a hot drink at night, told to go and find a cafe/ shop down the street

They gave me the wrong room. I booked a room with 3 beds to accommodate 5 people and they put me in a room with 2 singles. I did not get the room I booked.

Room and bathroom was dirty. Mattress must be 20 years old. Curtains torn. Fire alarm went off 6:45 for no reason none stop.

Horrible, disgusting and a rip off

Close to the train station

The place needs to be pulled down. We have been travelling throughout Europe and this is the most expensive hotel that we have stayed to date. It was appalling. If they are going to charge such a high price then they need to reflect the service and quality. This type of hotel will invite reputational damage to Booking,com . The street noise came through the room all night The hotel's Neon light into the room all night from the outside. The curtains were falling off The TV wall plugs were coming off My partner got a insect bite during the night. There was a vending plastic cup in the bathroom, cant be that expansive to get a decent plastic cup. There were no sink or bath plugs They were cleaning the rooms and all the dirty towels were strew around the lift area. The picture below is the after, still smelly stuff in the corridor. These were just some of the issues. It is about value for money at this price we were a ripped off and Booking.com is party to this, in my opinion. No doubt you may write to me with some excuse about our Faulty Towers (BBC old TV series) experience in Belgium.

It was as expected - ideal location for my business needs, therefore a little bit noisy, fair prize.

Location close to Gare du Midi was perfect for my work. Of course, a consequence was that it was a little bit noisy which I took into account. Unfortunately, there was no brekfast service, but on request I got a free morning coffee.

Basic, but clean and comfortable. Practical location if arriving or departing from Gare du Midi

Good location for getting around, with a metro station nearby. Room was basic, but comfortable. Sheets and towels were spotlessly clean. Bed was particularly comfortable. Plenty of hot water, and water pressure was good on the third floor.

Bathroom could do with updating, but it was perfectly functional. One small gripe: there was a bath in the en suite, but no plug.

Good value for money. To stay in Brussels for a few days is what you need.
