Spacious room, kitchen, albeit in the city the room was quiet.

Trash leftover from a previous guest in the kitchen with bad smell. Threw it away myself.

Great location, good place to stay, and responsive host

Great location, especially to explore the centre! And we were on the 5th floor so it was a nice view! Had more than we even needed but nicely equipped for those who want to cook, etc. Loved all the windows and lots of light!

Furniture was a bit worn but this did not affect our stay.

Ideal location. Extremely clean bedding. Lots of cutlery available for use. It's truly an apartment to live in for a while.

Temperature was set to 24.5 °C. Shower water pressure is low. Pay attention that you have to pickup keys elsewhere. Parking is restrictive in the area.

I had a long stay at the hotel. The building is located a short walk from the main hotel where you pick up the keys. There is an elevator to reach the other floors. There is no laundry on-site but there is a laundry place about a 10 min walk away. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Staff at the main hotel were generally very friendly, although there was one guy who had a bit of an attitude. Area has plenty of markets and night shops, as well as a few decent restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Coffee pods and tea are provided, although they do not leave salt/pepper/oil.

Previous guests mentioned two issues that I can address here. Noise: Several people complained that the area was noisy. Having spent a lot of time in Brussels, I can tell you that this is actually a relatively quiet area compared to other parts of the city. I was staying in winter, so I had the windows closed and wasn't really bothered. If you are especially sensitive to noise, bring some earplugs. Light: The apartment has four large windows that offer a lot of light. There are blackout curtains, however they are not large enough to full cover the windows so there is a lot of light coming in still. The hotel really should address this to make the space a bit more comfortable. For me it was not really an issue as I was only sleeping at night. But if you are jet-lagged/sleeping during the day it might be a problem.

Nous avions été prévenu du bruit des transports publiques aux alentours vu qu’il s’agissait d’un quartier fréquenté. Mais le logement est également à côté d’un restaurant qui met la musique à fond toute la nuit!! Et malgré les appel et mail envoyés à la réception et à l’hôte, la musique a tournée toute la nuit donc ce ne fût pas une nuit reposante… l’hôte a sûrement fait au mieux mais c’était au delà de ses compétences….

Ruime kamer en alles functioneert, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De locatie is dichtbij een tramhalte en bij mooie art noveau huizen

Geen lamp bij eettafel, personeel is niet heel behulpzaam bij het uitleggen over de parkeergarage. Tevens is het appartement heel erg gehorig.

Monolocale carino (502), buona la posizione, notevole la sua luminosità tanto da renderlo un luogo gradevole anche per lavorare.

Pulizia buona ma non il massimo, il soffione della doccia era incrostato di calcare e quindi l'acqua usciva male, le piastrelle scivolose e non c’era shampoo. Stoviglie scarse (mancava il pelapatate)

Hay que recoger las llaves en otro hotel, el parking cuesta 18€ y la entrada es muy estrecha hay que entrar con mucho cuidado. No te facilitan entrar a la habitación a las 14,30 horas

Het appartement is ruim, goed ingericht en voorzien van goede WiFi en televisie. Het keukentje is klein, maar is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging van het appartement is prima; binnen 15 minuten met het openbaar vervoer zit je in de stad (tram en metro). Het appartement heeft een eigen parkeerplaats op 1 minuut lopen.

Het trappenhuis en de lift was in verouderde conditie, waardoor je niet verwacht een mooi appartement te vinden achter de voordeur. Het bed heeft maar één dekbed en is erg hard. Er zou nog een extra plafondlamp in de kamer mogen en beide bedlampjes waren stuk.

⚠️ Il faut aller chercher la clef et la rendre dans un hôtel à 400 mètres ! Aucune information sur cet inconvénient n’est donné au moment de la réservation. C’est totalement anormal.

Facile d’accès, bien situé

W mieszkaniu znajduje się wszystko czego potrzeba do tygodniowego pobytu turystycznego. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje biurko, przy którym można swobodnie pracować, a także stosunkowo dobrze działający Internet. Łóżko całkiem wygodne, a pościel odpowiedniej grubości. Kuchnia jest dobrze doposażona. Lokalizacja świetna, zaledwie 7-10 min pieszo do Metro Louise. W okolicy wiele kawiarni i sklepów. Prosty zwrot kluczy/karty.

Mieszkanie wymaga generalnego remontu/sprzątania. Zapach papierosów i złej wentylacji obecny jest w każdym z pomieszczeń. Wentylacja w łazience z prysznicem tragiczna - przy zamkniętych drzwiach pomieszczenie zostaje zaparowane na wiele godzin. Prysznic typu walk-in, choć cieszy oko, jest fatalnie zaprojektowany - woda rozlewa się po całej łazience, zamiast spływać do odpływu. W szafie okropny zapach. Lokal był źle wysprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem, a pościel wymaga wymiany lub lepszego prania. Fatalna izolacja akustyczna. Bez zatyczek do uszu nie da się przespać jednej nocy. Zarówno ulica, po której jeździ tramwaj, jak i okoliczne lokale dają o sobie znać przez całą dobę. Ciągłe wibracje, drgania oraz hałas uliczny uniemożliwiają właściwy wypoczynek. Dodatkowo, w salonie biegnie komin wentylacyjny znajdującej się poniżej restauracji, który pracuje niemal całą dobę i generuje hałas. Drzwi wejściowe wcale nie izolują akustycznie mieszkania od wspólnego korytarza, przez co każdorazowe wejścia do sąsiednich pokoi słyszalne są w każdym miejscu mieszkania. Trzeba zdać się na przyzwoitość innych gości. Dodatkowo, choć znaleźliśmy informację, że woda z kranu w Brukseli jest zdatna do picia, czuliśmy się po niej źle przez cały pobyt. Ma z resztą zapach będący połączeniem chloru i starej kamienicy, nawet po odstaniu przez noc. Najwyraźniej coś jest nie tak z rurami doprowadzającymi ją do mieszkania. Głównym zarzutem jest fatalna wentylacja, odprowadzanie wilgoci oraz zła izolacja akustyczna, a także niedokładne sprzątanie. Skutkiem powyższych jest przyspieszone psucie mebli i wyposażenia.

Guter Geschmack für die Einrichtung. Schöne Küche. Bequemes Bett.

Der Teppich ist voller Flecken! Am liebsten hätte ich ihn weggerollt. Das gibt ein ungutes Gefühl. Schlechte Fenster im Gebäude, man hört die Menschen auf der Straße reden. Sehr hellhörig.

Un accueil très chaleureux, les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien équipées.

Le seul bémol, c’est le bruit, la chambre n’est pas bien insonorisée étant sur une voie très fréquentée.

L'éclairage de l'appartement était mauvais. L'isolation des fenêtre très faible : énormément de bruit ambiant et la température de la chambre était difficile à gérer : trop chaud le jour, trop froid le matin.
