Great Location.. great layout and perfect for a big group. 5 twin bedrooms all single beds. Living room great size that fits everyone in. Very close to princess street and everything was within walking distance.

Carpet looked very old and wasn’t very clean, it had alot of stains. 2 bathrooms with shower but only one shower worked and we had 11 girls in our group. Toilets / bathrooms are very old. Heating was on throughout our stay but the bedroom at front of building to the left of living area had no heat working at all and was absolutely freezing. 🥶

Great location, lots of beds for everyone - more than needed.

Beds are all singles, the decor, carpets, were tired, dirty and dated. Own of the showers didn’t work. The dryer worked intermittently. Construction at entrance and was noisy in early morning.

Slanted but good location

Location was convenient with lots of food options around and close to shopping district

Apartment was dated. Missing a dining table. The floorings were slanted in some rooms. The kitchen flooring creaks, and it feels like it will break soon. Some bed were slanted and some beds had a hole. The heater was not functioning for 2 rooms. Not ideal for big size people as the toilet door cannot be fully open. Only hot water for one toilet. Bad water pressure. Bad WiFi in the apartment.

Great location and perfect for groups.

Great location and perfect for our group of ladies. Beds and pillows very comfortable and toiletries, tea, coffee and lots of other cupboard stuff available.

Bit tired in areas. Cupboard door in kitchen loose as was shower door. On second floor up flights of stone steps so if you struggled with mobility or had a heavy case could be an issue.

EVERYTHING !!!!

This apartment was excellent. Walking distance to the Castle and the main Town Centre.. You will find everything, like cuttlery, all kitchen, bedroom , bathroom items, which we need everyday. Washing machine, tumble dryer,, Dishwasher. The lot. It is very clean, comfortable and the service is fab. The bedrooms were very spacious , the beds very comfortable. A gentleman called David looked after us. He was very helpful, and always available if we needed him. It was well worth the money we paid. Thank You David. Recommend it highly.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!

Everything! Beds/bedding wonderful. Looks like new carpets throughout, plush underfoot. Spotlessly clean. Huge amounts of space for our family group. Very well equipped kitchen more than most people would have at home. The best location next to all transport/shops/restaurant/places of interest. Prompt and helpful communication from the proprietor. Looking for an excuse to return already. Thank you, David.

Excelente estancia en Rose Street Apt.

Fue todo muy sencillo. David el anfitrión sumamente amable y atento. Éramos 8 adultos y un bebé y entramos muy cómodos en el departamento. Es amplio y puede alojar grupos grandes como el nuestro. Súper recomendable!

Mit ein bisschen Arbeit ein gutes Quartier

Gute Lage. Super zentral. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr entgegenkommend mit dem Ein- und Auschecken. Betten sauber und bequem. Die Küche incl. Geräte sauber. Für uns als 6er Gruppe war das Wohnzimmer ein Pluspunkt. So konnten wir abends bequem zusammen sitzen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Leider haben es sich vor der Haustür immer wieder Obdachlose bequem gemacht, die man jedes Mal aufstehen lassen musste, wenn man das Haus verlassen oder betreten wollte. Das Treppenhaus hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. In der Wohnung selbst ein paar reparaturbedürftige Dinge (Türklinke, Absperrriegel, Küchenschrank, Wasserhahn, Duschkopf...) Der Esstisch war nicht zu benutzen und der Fußbodenbelag leider sehr fleckig und abgewohnt. In einem Bad verhindert leider die Toilette das Öffnen der Dusche, zumindest für Personen mit Übergewicht. Mit etwas Zuwendung eine gute Ferienwohnung.

Posizione centralissima, stanze confortevoli, i 3 bagni molto utili per tante persone, l'appartamento pulito, la cucina con tutto il necessario

Non c'è un tavolo per mangiare (ce n'è uno dietro al divano ma non è utilizzabile), l'ingresso del palazzo è molto sporco perché è sulla strada accessibile a tutti, e le scale vecchie e maleodoranti, alcune finestre non si aprono
