7 Bedroom Townhouse

Good location outside the centre but walkable.

A later check out and cleaners coming later would be great.

Large property with adequate room for big groups in a good location, close to the city Center. Towels available for each person and all beds made up ready for the stay. good communication from friendly host. would stay again.

I liked that it was close enough to the center of town that we could walk to our activities. It was also nice that it was big enough for our group of 13 to all stay together. It had enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us.

There was no parking anywhere close to the property. We had three cars and had to park a couple of miles away and walk to the apartment. It was a bit run down. More so than what I expected. The heat was hard to control. We had to have the owner come over to change the thermostat. I do understand that it is hard to find places in or near the city at a reasonable price so it did meet our needs.

Spacious. There was enough room in the house for 14-15 people.

Heating control could have been better. Refrigerator space was small but sufficient.

The size of the property along with the amount of communal space for a large group. The cleanliness, the fact that no issues with hot water. Beds clean and comfortable. The location is 20min walk from the pubs etc/haymarket station. Reasonably priced multi storey car park 10min walk. If ever require accommodation for a group of 8 or more then i shall rebook!!!

Hard to get somewhere to park.

Perfect for a Stag group. Lots of space to sleep 12 people. Large common room for everyone to gather. Location was very easily reachable by bus from the airport. Close to main stag/nightlife area. Great value for money. No issues with heating as described by others.

Nothing major really. Ideal for stag group. Ideally would love a later checkout than 10am but hosts were very patient when we didn't manage to leave until 10:30.

The facilities were perfect apart from the heating, the location was great, hosts were very accommodating and responded very quickly to the couple of problems Overall I would recommend this property for the responsive hosts and facilities and good location. Parking could be tricky but you can find plenty of private hire spaces for rent.

We had an two issues one with the code for the door which was incorrect on the email sent the other with the heating. The issue with the door code was quickly addressed with a quick phone call but the heating was still a problem, the host gave instructions to turn it on, but even when it came on, it was still quite cold, it's a big house and it was quite cold that night The hosts are very fast at responding to any issue though.

Size of the property is brilliant, plenty of space in all rooms and enough bathrooms for multiple guests. Location isn't too far out from central Edinburgh and is close enough to key locations such as Haymarket Station. Bedding was clean. Ideal for a place to rest your head but not spend too much time in. Guest was responsive to issues raised although the issues raised were not always repaired (ie toilet seat)

The house wasn't clean upon arrival, we had to sweep the floors ourselves. The back door was left wide open and not secure. Locks on the main doors in the property are not very secure. A toilet seat was broken and never repaired whilst we were there (it was broken before we arrived). The house was far too cold. The heating should have been on on arrival throughout the house and it wasn't. The house was the same temperature as outside - 6degrees. There are two boilers to the house which we had to ask for instructions for as they say please do not touch. The kitchen facilities are not the best but we worked around them. Although the house can hold a lot of people they will not all have a plate each. Many of the utensils had to be cleaned before use. The kitchen has ants in it, not too many but they appear from time to time which is concerning if you want to use it for cooking. Noises in the roof concerned guests sleeping on the top floor, there may be some vermin in the roof which needs to be looked into. We had to buy basics such as bin bags for rubbish although the property has a number of wheel bins all of these were full to the brim when we arrived so we couldn't put anything in them.

Some health and safety issues. No front door glass on oven no toaster . Using toilets front door to rooms jammed you in bathroom. No curtains in some bedrooms. Banged your head entering kitchen no signage to say low height, needs freshened up. Doors not fire doors, it would not meet current legislation

The townhouse was amazing, big bedroom and living rooms, and a good sitting area out the back. The house was very clean and tidy and he staff was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for a weekend get away.

Property is clsie to city centre and bus stop is right at the door step.

Alles maar echt alles was verschrikkelijk! Dat het een grote bedrijf als booking.com zoiets adviseert met een ook nog 7,8 als cijfer kan absoluut niet waar zijn.

Alles was niet alleen vies maar smerig, echt verschrikkelijk!!! Bedden met matrassen waar je niet normaal kunt slapen, lekkage van de tweede verdieping naar de eerste vierdiping badkamer. Urine resten in badkamers, en resten van de vorige gasten. Muis poep in verschillende kamers o.a de keuken. Een enige grote mes waar je niet eens brood kon snijden, 1 halve pan voor een huis waar je met veel mensen verblijf???Wij konden daar niet koken, door de en niet voldoende benodigdheden maar voornamelijk door de mega viezigheid dat wij daar hadden aangetroffen! En meneer van het huis vond onze beoordeling niet goed???? De enige hier niet goed is het huis, en huis met veel potentie maar waar hij blijkbaar niet wil investeren. Toch verbaasd ons ontzettend dat zo'n vreselijk huis nog op de site van booking staat en ook nog met een 7,8 ????ONMOGELIJK!Zie foto's! Kortom een nachtmerrie van een huis. Heel jammer! In de keuken bijna niks om in te kunnen koken( voor een huis waar 18 mesen kunnen verblijven), geen koffie apparaat, geen föhn, een planfond raam met super smierige hangerige dingen boven het fornuis, echt om te kotsen, kortom echt een verschrikkelijk huis. Badkamers ruikende naar oude urine, vuilnis van andere gasten nog aanwezig. Voor de prijs dat het voor het huis betaald moet worden, vonden wij het schandalig slecht!!! Wij zouden ons geld gewoon terug moeten krijgen! Ajb, valt niet in de belachelijke leugens dat booking zegt over de accomodatie, Zoek verder!
