There was no breakfast but the location was good.
Should have been warned about the stairs as we found them very dangerous. We had large suit cases as we came from Australia for six weeks.

Location was great, Beds clean and comfy, Hairdryer happy, nice Towels, nice Size Apartment, Towel Warmer awesome, we felt very safe, it was nice that we could get the Apartment sooner than expected without having to pay extra, i would book with you again and recommend to others
Tub was slippery and my Sister in Law fell, Sink hardly drained, no TV but advertised, Washer/Dryer was not working, Window in single Bedroom did not open

The location was great with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
The stairs to the apartment were a little difficult to carry the suitcases. Also was not informed that the washing machines was not working in advance.

Key were an easy process and host very responsive
The host must own multiple properties in the building. The pictures on line are various units. All look very nice. Our unit (not pictured) was very old. Had very old carpet through out the unit. The walls were partially wall papered and peeling. Windows extremely old with air blowing in. There was a hole in ceiling in bathroom from a roof or window leak. The clothes washer did not work. The kitchen fridge shelf was broken. Lots of deferred maintenance and no pics of this unit on the booking site. However, the location was fabulous and the beds were comfortable. The heat struggled to keep up as windows were drafty. We did not care about the updated kitchen as did not plan to cook on vacation. Overall we were only there at night for quick 8 hours of sleep so was fine for two adults. If kids had been with us the old carpet and drafty windows would have been an issue. Note - blow dryer does not come standard in the unit and there is no body soap (only hand soap) and limited toilet paper.

The location was great, right on the Royal Mile. Also close to the train and bus station at Weaverly. But you have to climb up a hill to reach the property.
The stairs were too steep and narrow. We had to carry a heavy luggage for 3 floors. The water and heating systems had a lot of noise. It wasn’t easy to sleep with all those sounds through out the night. There were no amenities at all. No shampoo, shower gel, coffee nor tea. The WiFi did not work. The documents at the entrance of the building were threatening and made us feel insecure.

It was close to mass transportation.
The noise at night. People partied until 4-5 am. There was no washer as stated in the house book, no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, no starters such as coffee or tea. The stairs were difficult to walk up and down with a suitcase and people should be made aware of that.

Location excellent, and because the particular unit is at the back of the building, it was quiet, even though on the main High Street. Wifi strong and reliable.
There were table lamps with very old and dodgy electrical wiring, and one was missing a light bulb. Even just one sharp cooking knife would be good; the frying pans were of the 'no-stick' sort with the (toxic) non-stick coating mostly scraped off and therefore unusable.

Location was very central which was what we were looking for. Good hot water (plentiful) Comfy bed.
the Wifi dropped out a few times which was not great and whilst the owner tried hard to fix it he was unable to . This was the only negative

I didn't like anything at all. None of the pictures are real. There is a terrible old smell, an indescribable mess, there are mold stains in the bathroom. I don't recomand to anyone.

Fabulous location, so central to everything and in an historic building on the Royal Mile. Very spacious, clean, secure and very comfortable beds. Prompt friendly response from Harvey whenever we had an enquiry.
No washing machine and no TV although photo on Booking.com showed a TV.

The flat was easy to find, instructions and guide easy to use regarding location of flat, key safe, door codes etc.
The location is brilliant, central and easy to access lots of local attractions.
The room was noisy. Whilst we were aware the royal mile can be busy (having stayed in a similar location before), the noise did have an impact our sleep.
The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as we would have liked- no tea towel, no bottle opener (we were celebrating our anniversary!), pan handles were loose. A few small touches could have made a big difference such as tea/coffee being available.
The apartment was tired, and in need of a a bit of TLC.

Todo es perfecto. La ubicación en una de las calles más hermosas de la ciudad vieja, todo a mano caminando en minutos. A pasos del Castillo, Victoria Street, la estación de tren. El apartamento que nos tocó estaba súper equipado y amplio y calefaccionado, ideal para una familia de 4. Volveríamos y recomendaríamos sin dudar.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt an der Royal Mile, besser geht es nicht. Große, komfortable Wohnung. Sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Fenster sind sehr dünn. Dadurch hört man in einigen Zimmern die Straßenmusiker und Fußgänger relativ stark. Außerdem ist die Wohung zwar gut beheizt aber durch die schlecht isolierten Fenster trotzdem relativ kühl. Das ist aber vermutlich normal in Edinburgh.

Localizado na Royal Mile com dois quartos e cozinha muito boas, tudo oque precisamos estava próximo, como supermercado, ônibus, trens e airlink para o aeroporto. Como o espaço é bom, 4 pessoas ficam muito confortáveis nessa acomodação as vezes com musica ao vivo devido a proximidade com os artistas que ficam na rua abaixo.
Uma renovação poderia ser realizada na acomodação, mas o principal problema para quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade ou está com muitas malas são as escadas estreitas e com degraus que demandam cuidado.

En tout premier, la réactivité de notre hôte Harvey, chacun de mes messages ont eu leur réponses dans l'heure.
Sitôt la réservation effectuée les codes d'accès ainsi que l'adresse nous ont été communiqués.
Concernant l'appartement, nous avons apprécié sa situation proche de tous les commerces tout en étant calme.
Une superficie qui offre un vrai confort avec deux chambres avec grand lit. Une literie qui vous procure de bonnes nuits.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location.

Es un apartamento excelente, tiene todas las comodidades que uno puede desear. La ubicación es perfecta.
La habitación interior es perfecta para poder descansar bien, no se escucha absolutamente nada
La lavadora no funcionaba. Las escaleras pueden ser un problema si hay una persona con movilidad reducida, no fue nuestro caso
