Perfect location on the Royal Mile. Everything in walking distance including Waverly Station. Spacious and comfortable.
You need to know that it is on the Royal Mile, so never quiet. It comes with the location, but if bagpipes and street music are not your thing, this is not for you. The room to the back is quieter, though.

Location, arrêt de bus et supermarché à 2 mins. Belle vue sur le Scott Monument et 'The Balmoral Hotel's. Appartement 4 derrière le Royal Mile rue donc très calme. Grandes chambres, salle de bain et séjour (cuisine Américaine). Chauffage facile à régler et VMC. Tv avec plein choix en anglais seulement.
Machine à laver, lave vaisselle et un micro-onde hors service. Il manque quelques poêles.

Perfect location very central. Easy to walk everywhere to main attractions.
What a beautiful country with lovely friendly people.
Harvey our host kindly assisted when there was a beeping noise very promptly.
Had to clean the kitchen and rewash cutlery and crockery and wipe the crumbs and dust inside the kitchen cuboards
And we immediately had to vacuum the carpets.
Furniture was old especially couch damaged.
Windows needed a clean especially on the outside as well as window sills
