Very comfortable flat! Loved the table that allowed us to sit and have a quiet breakfast and play family card games in the late evening. Full facilities available and working. Clean bed linens. Easy to walk to and quickly get to the sites of interest.

The stairs down to the flat were a bit difficult for my older father to navigate.

Location was incredible. Enough space for all parties to retreat to their own space. Comfortable amenities

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Edinburgh. The house was cosy, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. It was even better than we expected! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was a lovely touch to find tea, coffee, and other basic essentials already provided. The location was excellent, right on the main road with easy access to buses, and it was convenient to walk or travel anywhere in the city. The property was spotless, and the owner sent clear, detailed instructions by email, making check-in quick and hassle-free. We also loved the small open backyard, which was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh. It was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

Well equipped, clean and well situated. If you don't have a sensitive nose or problems of mobility, it is a good place to visit Edinburgh.

When we arrived in the apartment we found enormous blue flies in bedrooms and kitchen. We bought a spray and killed about 20!!! This fact and the smell made us suspect there was something dead or rotten. That was a horrible experience to start our staying. I wrote a message but received no answer. Other how the house was clean and well equipped and well situated in town center. The smell remained but no more flies appeared. We had got used, what else could we do. Also it is a basement and there are steep stairs difficult for heavy luggage and impossible for people with mobility problems. That's something to take into account. Also there's not a person if you have a problem.
