Great location during the Fringe Festival with lots going on next to the apartment. Apartment was well set up and very comfortable for a family for a long weekend. The owner was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.
The only small issues were the entrance to the apartment building has a poor smell. I would recommend a company pressure washing and bleaching the entrance. Also, LOTS of steps to get to the apartment especially when carrying (2) 50 pound bags from our 2 weeks of travelling.

Carmen y Tom son excelentes anfitriones muy pendientes de todo todo el tiempo. Además de tener un libro guía para sus huéspedes muy útil y claro.
Está en el corazón de la Royal Mile que es muy bueno, pero puede ser un poco ruidoso
