Staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Bed was comfy.
Bulb blown in the bedroom. More storage for clothes (none in bedroom).

No way to cool the property. Mattress was incredibly firm and the dining chairs were very uncomfortable.

Great location for the fringe. Very clean. Nice to have a kitchen.
Literally think Edinburgh is the only place on earth that would think it reasonable to charge £440 per night for a one bedroom student flat (albeit with sofa bed in kitchen). I totally blame the council for restricting Airbnb lets during the festival driving prices sky high like this.
